La habitación muy ruidosa. Fui incapaz de apagar la ventilación. Contacté con el alojamiento y tampoco me ayudaron. La temperatura tampoco se puede controlar.

The rooms are average and the community areas of the hotel as well as the furniture are quite aged and would benefit from a renovation. The water temperature adjustment in my shower did not work properly. The invoice that I was promised to be sent by email only came after I chased for it after my stay. Overall, unless you are keen to have a pool (believe it’s the only hotel in Zug with an indoor pool), there are better value-for-money hotels in Zug.
