It was quite some time ago, but we stayed at Northern Lodge Kant for our first trip to celebrate our wedding. The way was hard to find, so we were about 2 hours late for check-in. The wife of the hostel was in a very bad mood, and we had to whisper in the room, which must have been annoying. This guesthouse does not have a toilet in the room, and it is difficult to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. I still remember the terrible atmosphere, where they did not even give us morning coffee and we could not ask for anything. After checking out, I heard the sound of the door being locked from the inside as soon as I left the front door. I remember how badly I felt. Why don't they at least lock the door a little while after we left, when they do not know who the guest is? What kind of attitude is that to a guest? Did they cause you any trouble? I was looking forward to meeting people in Hokkaido, so it was really disappointing. This guesthouse is the worst.

かなり前ですが結婚の記念に初めての旅行にノーザンロッジカントを利用させていただきました、道が分かりにくくチェックインに2時間程遅れて行ったのですが、それが気に障ったのか宿の奥さんが非常に機嫌が悪く、部屋でも小声で会話するほど気を使った事、ここのペンションは部屋にトイレが無いためや夜中にトイレに行くのも気を使います 朝のコーヒーも出して頂けないし、お願いできることもできない最悪な雰囲気だった事は今でも覚えています、チェックアウト後玄関から出ると同時に中からガチャっと鍵をかけられる音がしました。凄く嫌な気持ちになった事は強烈に覚えています。 せめて私達が出て少し時間が経ってからお客が分からない時に鍵を閉めたらどうでしょうか？ 宿泊客にあそこ迄あからさまに嫌味な態度をとるなら、宿泊業の商売を辞められてはどうですか？ そこまで宿泊客にする態度は何でしょうか？ 何か余程ご迷惑でもお掛けしたでしょうか？ 北海道では人との出会いなども楽しみにしていたのに本当に残念でした。 ここのペンションは最悪です。
