Non lascio quasi mai recensioni ma devo farlo perché è stato tutto TOP è quando le cose funzionano vanno sottolineate. Hotel molto bello ed elegante, non abbiamo dormito ma abbiamo festeggiato il 18esimo di mia figlia. Servizio ECCELLENTE, apericena allestita in ogni minimo particolare e con gusto con tanto di lampade nell’angolo drink bar, cibo OTTIMO. I ragazzi in sala sono stati tutti cordiali, gentili e sorridenti nonostante la confusione di oltre 50 persone e della musica del dj. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e seguiti in tutto. Un GRAZIE particolare va a Zineb, professionale, gentile, puntuale precisa onesta tanto dolce e super collaborativa che ci ha seguite per mesi affinché tutto fosse perfetto.. Grazie perché se tutto è riuscito è sopratutto merito vostro. Lo consiglio vivamente . GRAZIE AMATI’

Personale alla reception quasi infastidito dal ns arrivo, al bar ci siamo quasi serviti da soli, per la colazione coda per il caffè che dovevamo portare al tavolo da soli. Tenda in camera con buco, tavolino appoggiato alla presa. Wc attaccato a mobile bagno. Un solo asciugamano

It is a modern and fine hotel, but there are some details that are not so good. The room was a bit small, the live TV was annoing (every time I wanted to watch TV, it took a long time to boot up because we need to go through a lot of menus first), the sanitary vasel was small and tall (not very comfortable), and the tap of the shower was difficult to open when your hands were soapy (as it was round and your hand slipped). The breakfast was fine, but natural orange juice was missing.

Hotel utilizzato principalmente per viaggi di lavoro ma decisamente comodo, confortevole e ben strutturato. Peccato per l'orario della piscina, che soprattutto d'estate dovrebbe consentire agli ospiti di accedervi almeno fino alle 21.00

Hotel ist sehr sauber. Frühstückservice ist etwas deprimiert, dass Buffet ist hervorragend. Reception ist durchschnitt. Entsorgungswagen um 0.30 Uhr ist störend.

Worst treatment in a hotel ever. The online booking system switched a date of my booking to a week in the past. They charged me that night anyway because “once it’s in the system, we can’t change it anymore and we charge you automatically”. I tried to explain what happened but they didn’t want to listen. The staff is not friendly but rude. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the lady that checked out right before me had the same complaint. The breakfast was poor, at 9 am no more eggs available.Bad hote Avoid this hotel, they don’t know what ‘customer service means’

Hotel bellissimo, pulito, stanze perfette con letto comodissimo. Ristorante eccellente. Spa bellissima per un paio di ore di relax . Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
