Hotel U Divadla

Absolutely terrible, although we booked the room 2 months earlier the hotel receptionist gave us room for people on wheelchair. Can’t get over it, it’s just not suitable for young pair. When I asked the staff they told me there was no other option cause they were full in capacity. Another thing is with Euros, they’ll charge you more than on booking … We can definitely say this is our last visit.

I can’t fault this hotel. The cleanliness, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the food and drinks are all to a very high standard. The only difference between this hotel and the Grand Hotels in England is the price. Its location is also just perfect. I definitely recommend it.

We paid top dollar and we did not get our monies worth. We understand that we were there at the time of a festival. But the rate that we were charged was above and beyond the service that we got. A month before our arrival, we got a message from the hotel, asking us to send a bank wire for the payment. Our bank asked us to confirm the name on the account. We got the information from the hotel.. Paid $45 for the bank wire and sent our full payment. When we arrived, we were told that the payment did not go through. All this conversation was done through google translate since the staff spoke limited English. After calling my bank.. The money was back in our account, because the named on the account, that we got from the hotel, was wrong. So we paid, a very high rate, a rate higher than our original amount, and for 6 days, there was no housekeeping, average breakfast and very bad coffee. Lastly the location of the hotel is fine, as long as you have no mobility issues and you don't mind old stained substandard carpet in your room and hallway. The only good thing at this hotel is the restaurant.
