前台夜班女的服務不行，全程沒有一點笑容，態度冷漠，好像誰欠她幾百萬似的。～都什麼年代了，房間沒有看到任何消費品，入住還要交300按金！樓上真的吵死 半夜和早上不知道桌子還是椅子一直拖來拖去的。完全沒有隔音。
房間一進去很大一股煙味。吹風機是2014年開業留到現在的嗎？吹頭髮10秒就熄火了，等了兩分鐘，繼續吹，然後就聞到燒起來的味道了，這誰還敢繼續吹啊，大半夜的等頭髮自然幹再睡覺。其次，沒有地巾，淋浴室沒有門，洗澡水沖到外面洗水台這邊，再加上衹有一次性拖鞋，這不是洗完出來就滑倒嗎？ 空調真的很吵，樓上也很吵，凳子拖來拖去的。居然還是個三星酒店，設施服務和價格完全不符。
