我們連住3晚，幸虧第一晚是在攜程訂的，可以差評。後兩晚前台讓在他們自己的小程序訂，結果投訴無門，我們回到酒店感覺有人進了我們的房間，因為我們全家人不抽煙，衞生間內卻有濃郁的煙味，嗆的人進不去房間。打掃衞生的進來非説那不是煙味，並且全程臭臉，無語了。跟前台講訴求要求換房間，結果換到5樓小一圈的房間，也沒有小度智能音箱了。湊合住一夜趕緊走了，再也不會來資陽這個城市，這個酒店真的影響了我待在這個城市的心情。

我們第一晚住的房間廁所有點反臭，前台小哥哥小姐姐的服務態度特別好，次日馬上就給我們換了新的，無異味，空調風速強勁且無噪音～每次進出酒店，前台小哥哥小姐姐都笑臉相迎，🥰🥰🥰有的時候還給了新年禮物
