超級棒，躺床上就可以看到東江湖的景色，帶娃娃出門，獨棟別墅，也很安全，直接一樓出去就是江邊，可以散步，超級棒，老闆人也特別好。

首先這樣的店叫民宿本身就張冠李戴？應該是小區公屬房！更何況180平的房間改四間房就非常不合理！所有客人都要從一個大門進，而且進門的小廳還放了一張麻將桌？這根本就沒有私密和隔音可言！衞生還行，但蚊子太多太多！主要是衞生間的紗窗沒做對！上口是漏的。位置還可以窗外就是東江湖畔，但生活和出行極其不方便！不值推薦！

房東很熱情，我們走的時候還幫忙訂車，比我轉車方便也省錢，最值票價的是江邊，傍晚下去散步，霧氣起來的時候，涼涼的，太舒服了！早上一起床看到日出，霧氣還沒散，真的太美了！！

房間很舒適，和圖片一樣，飄窗外景色很好，小東江水真的綠油油又很清澈。位置不錯，開車去遊客中心大概五六分鐘，中途還可以去一家殺豬粉店吃早飯，也可以點到很多外賣。老闆很貼心，下午開車來到門口幫忙錄入車牌，幫忙提行李，安排房間，教我們怎麼使用鑰匙開幾個門。是小區樓棟內一個屋子裡麪隔開了四五個房間，上週六入住好像沒其他人，還挺安靜的。屋內空調很安靜，還以為壞了，後來發現是緩慢降温，最後還是挺涼快的。最後要去其他景區有點晚回來退房，老闆也很通情達理，同意延遲。東江湖實際景區內沒多少好的住宿，要麼太貴要麼也簡陋，這個性價比已經很好啦～

因為要在郴州裕後街開燈拍照在過去入住，房東故意等到我們八點才走，衞生超乾淨，超乎了我對民宿的認知，大年初六入住大廳還有小糖果橘子，很有氣氛，最棒的是望着小東江的落地窗景色，美極了，還配有一次性浴缸袋子，很貼心，晚上走累了泡着熱水澡看電視爽歪歪，這是我最滿意的民宿，沒有之一…去小東江等景點衹需要五分鐘車程，非常適合次日去那邊遊玩的遊客入住！
