房子三室兩廳兩衞，坐落在東江沿江北路東段，環境潔凈清爽，小區物業管理嚴謹。出小區隔條兩車道馬路，就是沿江風光帶，早晚散步感受徐徐涼風，十分愜意。房子裝修為北歐風格，頗有家庭情趣。客廳和飯廳面積很大，大概有四十多平；兩個涼台，一個生活涼台，晾曬衣服，一個休閑涼台，是通涼台，有十幾平米，面相東江湖，坐在藤椅上聊聊天，喝喝茶，看看美景，心曠神怡。三間房間和客廳配有空調，房間床品乾淨整潔，每間房都配有電子防蚊液。主卧衞生間是抽水馬桶，客衞是蹲廁，滿足不同人需求。客廳和一間次卧有飄窗，客廳飄窗和沙發都有兩米長左右，可以躺下一位成年人。洗衣機、冰箱、柴米油鹽配備齊全，非常適合旅居。我們一行七人住了七晚，大家從進門到退房都非常滿意。房東聯繫快捷，交流通暢。
