獨幢別墅，房間與圖片描述一致，挺大，去東江湖挺近，在郴州行五天內住了四間酒店及民宿，這是性價比不高的，偏貴，衞生欠佳，入住床上壁燈還掛着之前客人的襪子，好感度下降。

房間比較寬敞，兩個小朋友跑來跑去很開心，這一點還不錯。位置靠近湖邊，可以水邊上走走。但是，廁所的門鎖不上，晚上睡覺有蚊子，隔音效果很差，外面路人嬉鬧，裏面樓梯間和別的房間小朋友説話的聲音都聽得見，以上都是客觀評價。

環境很好，衞生乾淨，離小東江景區很近，周邊吃地方特色菜的餐館很多，老闆娘熱情漂亮，幫忙提行李上樓，進門就有一大盤新鮮水果招待客人，還給我們切了當地西瓜，連住兩晚，很舒服

東江湖很美，霧美，地方好，去年我們從武漢來到東江湖玩，今年又來到美麗的彬州，還是居住在湘南水藴精品客棧，這裏離各景區近，獨幢別墅，我們今年包了整幢，27人住剛剛好，老闆非常熱情，會講解旅遊路線，幫助我們合理安排旅遊順序，我們居住3天，別墅環境乾淨衞生，非常喜歡在此居住。

帶孩子從歐洲回國探親，帶爸媽來郴州玩幾天，看評價特別好，訂了這家，果真如此😃江邊獨棟別墅，能坐在陽台上感受歲月靜好，也能曬衣服，老媽最愛😂離東江景區入口衹有幾百米，不用早起都能看到難得一見的霧漫東江✌️又坐落在煙火氣十足的區域，能吃好喝好👌最重要的是老闆超級好，很真誠的那種，還是個有求必應的本地通👏已經在我自己的票圈上推薦了，也給老家附近的郴州打個call❤️
