I recently stayed at hotel sun park and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Overall, our experience at hotel sun park exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and mouthwatering food made for a memorable stay. Decent location and place

When the room was booked for 3 adults, toiletries should be kept for all of them. Fridge should have been stacked with soft drinks ( ofcorse can be charged later). Very important, no exhaust in washroom which was quite surprising. Hope hotel considers the above and improve the facility. Thanks

Excellent place to stay, well trained staff, good quality breakfast, hygienic place well taken care. Very prompt service and good care.

The location of the hotel is nice, staff were nice . But just upset that we left the hotel for a day but our room wasnt clean at all ( no dnd sign in the room) Amenities were nice have lotion, shampoo, shower gel all were dove brand .But dont have dental kits shaver and other basic necessities.

We stayed here for two nights as a stopover in either direction during our trip to himachal. The hotel is at a good location, near to airport. Restaurant serves good food and the restaurant staff is helpful. However everything else needs improvement. Hotel maintenance needs to be better and staff need to be more mindful of basic needs. For example, we found the hotel room full of balloons (perhaps done for previous guests) which were not removed, and a/c in both rooms were not working before we got our room changed by requesting. Basic bathroom necessities such as shower cap had to be requested and not anticipated by hotel staff. This can be one of the best hotels around if the hotel staff improves it's customer service.

nice place to stay. near to all markets including sector 17 market itself and sector 22 market is also very nearby.....staff behaviour and their service was excellent.... five star rating to this hotel 👍👍👍
