The hotel is fine but a bit worn-off, sound insulation should be somehow improved.

Rooms were not good as expected, washroom edges were not properly cleaned, light in room was too dim, there was bulb fault

We stayed at this property on way to Manali as well as while returning from Manali. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast is well spread. The food quality is good. The property is conveniently located near highway. Overall a recommended hotel while staying in Zirakpur.

Stayed in room 108 for one night on the 9th septa i will never stay here again. Here are 3 reasons: a) rooms are big but not maintained. The fan in my room was making so much noise that i could not sleep. When i complained i was told by the front desk manager that he will reduce the temperature from his end. But he didn’t do anything. B) breakfast buffet is very limited and lacks freshness. C) very few parking spots. There was a party going on. So i had to park my car on the street and there was no place for my driver to sleep. I had to book a hotel for my driver.

Experience was very bad they were drilling the walls whole the day and not stop even after asked them to stop

Very bad behaviour of receptionist and not cooperative, Rooms are normal not worth of money, booking rooms which they show are different , room view and amenities are not up to the mark which they gave us.... totally Bad experience never recommend anyone to stay at this low quality hotel
