Dirty hotel, no maintenance, shameful installation and the cost of the room is very expensive and its installation is shameful and pitiful, there were animals in the room, bedbugs, fleas and cockroaches, mediocre staff, very dirty public areas and not working.

Items taken from our room. Management basically called us liars. Room was so hot, only air conditioning in bedrooms, could not use kitchenette, which was dirty and aged. They would not give us another room. So disappointing for the price🤬🤬

Room not what we booked. Pictures advertising room are not what we got at all. We arrived to a dirty kitchen, couldn’t use utensils or coffee maker. Living area was not comfortable - too hot. Had to have a borrowed fan running 24/7. Thankfully a/c worked in bedrooms. Items and cash taken from room, management offered to replace until departure when he said if he did that they would be admitting responsibility. Files a police report so it is on record.

My room didn’t have hot water and smelled like raid. There were ants on the bed. For three nights I left the water run for 20 minutes per management’s request and still no hot water. We moved to another hotel even though we paid for 7 days. We were eventually refunded for the remaining nights after contesting the charge for the last 4 nights. Very shabby room.

We absolutely love the Miramar such a great location, not as many stairs like most places , easy walking to centre of town or the beach , we love the staff , maribell does the best massage , plan to go back next yr , hoping to see a little tlc done befor we get back 😜

Este comentario es solo con el fin de informar y orientar a los viajeros que piensan reservar en este hotel, ya que por la promoción que se le realiza y el precio se espera algo diferente, y créanme que he visitado muchas opciones en Zihuatanejo, pero porfavor no se hospeden aquí ya que quedarán decepcionados, está infestado de CUCARACHAS y hormigas , sábanas y almohadas sumamente sucias y manchadas, , todo el mobiliario muy viejo y descuidado, en ningún momento hubo internet y ojo es un servicio que ofrecen en la publicidad por lo que está de adorno la televisión, baño demasiado sucio,no cambian las toallas,nunca volvería a llevar a mi familia a un lugar así, lo único agradable fue el trato del encargado del bar que en todo momento fue atento y educado,ojalá tomen en cuenta y puedan mejorar...

My brother and nephew were on a father-son vacation at this long family-favorite hotel when my brother suffered a fatal heart attack (December 2022). The entire management and staff of Villas Miramar treated my nephew like their own family. They helped him navigate all of the official business in the midst of a terrible loss. These are truly wonderful people. We are forever grateful.
