Para ser hotel 4 estrellas no cubrió mis expectativas, las habitaciones cómodas pero abren con llave normal la cual la llave hay q traerla en el cuello para no perderla, les falta personal en restaurante tardaban mucho en pasar a recoger los platos o vaso utilizados y no todos son amables, en el bar margaritas , dos días el barman felix q no tiene buena atención no tenía hielo y en vez de conseguir se la paso viendo la televisión, las bebidas dejan mucho q desear no son de marca la mayoría me tuve q salir al oxxo a comprar una botella y no paga uno dos pesos por la estancia para q den vino de baja calidad el posada real q es es tres estrellas da mejor vino. La rescatable la comida muy rica y la atención de los meseros marco, Ronaldo, yovani y el barman Pablo. la pasamos bien pero no regresaría y se me pasaba mencionar que dos días amanecimos sin agua en la habitación.

Después de casi seis años, por fin me animé a regresar y con mi familia hemos festejado el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Quiero mencionar la amabilidad y flexibilidad con la que me atendieron para lograr que no pasara desapercibido el festejo, particularmente a la Lic Fabiola Rivero, al Sr Amado Ambriz y por supuesto al Lic Arturo Bustos. Debo decir que me sorprendí gratamente de las remodelaciones que han hecho para aprovechar magníficamente los espacios, el mobiliario en las habitaciones, los colchones, y en general todo muy bien, sin omitir la calidad y variedad en los alimentos. Totalmente recomendable

Es del tipo de hotel que cumple a secas, no más, es para hospedarte, comer y dormir, no es malo, pero tampoco esperes lujo. Mi único pero, el único fue que las paredes son delgadas, una noche escuché a un husped roncar en otro cuarto jajajaja, en todo lo demás bien.
