Wir haben über Secret Escapes einen 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt im Bades Huk Marina Hotel gebucht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Sowohl mit der Abwicklung der Buchung über Secret Escapes als auch mit der Unterbringung vor Ort. Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren Häusern in denen in unterschiedlichen Kombinationen diverse Appartements untergebracht sind. Es ist alles sehr neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung lässt an nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Empfang bei der Anreise war herzlich und wir wurden ausführlich informiert. Die Brötchenbestellung für´s Frühstück war einfach und immer zuverlässig. Der einzige "Wehmutstropfen" war, dass diverse Appartements auch als sogenannte "Monteurswohnungen" an Firmen vermietet werden. Hat man ein solches Appartement (wie wir) z.B. über sich im Haus, muss man sich leider auch im Urlaub mit diversen Geräuschen zu sehr frühen Uhrzeiten (5:30 Uhr - 6:30 Uhr) abfinden. Daran könnte der Betreiber etwas ändern, indem er z.B. bei der Belegung darauf achtet, die Monteurswohnungen in ein separates Haus zu buchen. Das soll keine Kritik sein, lediglich eine Idee um es den Urlaubern angenehmer zu machen.

Exzellent freundliches Personal!
Nur 2 kleine Mankos: keine Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer oder im Wellness-/Saunabereich und eine unzureichende Beleuchtung entlang des Weges vom Wellness-/Fitnesstrakt zum Hotel.
