2. 服務態度：從入住到退房，工作人員全程熱情又貼心。辦理入住時主動幫拿行李，還詳細介紹了酒店設施和附近美食；晚上打電話要額外的枕頭，幾分鐘就送到了，服務響應速度和態度都沒得挑。
3. 房間環境：房間空間比預期大，裝修風格簡約又温馨。床品柔軟親膚，躺下很快就能入睡；衞生做得特別到位，桌面、地面、衞生間都乾乾淨淨，沒有一點污漬，連窗户玻璃都擦得透亮。
