Traveled during the Dragon Boat Festival and booked in Linzi.

衞生:挺好的。服務人員為我升級了房間。挺乾淨的。還説，如果不滿意隨時和他溝通。
服務:我碰見的服務人員都是笑臉相迎，主動服務。11層的工作人員主動導引，早上走的早，不到七點，喝了咖啡。
看了看早餐挺好的，可惜着急走。沒吃到。
工作人員看我拿行李，主動幫我開門等等。
都挺好的。
有需要的話，還會再去住。

本以為入住錦江旗下中高端品牌依然能夠同往常一樣，收穫“自然自在”的舒適體驗，結果從進門到離店，全程被“服務差、衞生差、體驗差”三記重鎚砸得體無完膚，徹底打破對品牌的信任。
基礎服務缺失，儀式感盪然無存。雖未強求“***迎賓”，但前台辦理入住時態度敷衍，連基本的主動問候都欠奉，與品牌宣稱的“朋友式親切”背道而馳。
設施設計反人類，細節全是坑。房間空氣凈化器噪音堪比裝修電鑽，所謂“睡眠模式”形同虛設；淋浴控制器衞生極差——面板佈滿水漬污漬，操作邏輯混亂，花灑切頂噴必須先淋冷水；洗護沐套裝更離譜：膏體沾泥、泵頭短到“個矮用户直接噴臉”，設計毫無用户思維；音樂控制面板不僅損壞，面板縫隙裏還藏着積灰泥垢，觸碰即臟手；吹風機更“反智”：內側手指感應區設計反人類，稍動手指就停轉，吹個頭發像在“闖關”。
衞生問題觸目驚心，品牌底線失守。從洗護用品到控制面板，從吹風機到淋浴區，接觸類設施都存在明顯污漬：控制器水漬、面板泥垢、洗護產品臟污……細節衞生堪稱“災難現場”，完全不符合“中高端”定位。
公共區域失序，高温天“凍”人不“凍”心。淄博三十多度的清晨，電梯、走廊、大堂、早餐廳竟集體“斷供”空調！熱得人汗流浹背，基本體面都給不了。
早餐品質崩塌，辜負“錦江”二字。服務員説酒店標準“48個早餐品類”，實際可能衹有48個盤子；麪包機空置不提供麪包片，明檔臨時搭個桌子，沒有廚師現做，點餐靠“喊”；菜品普遍“黑糊糊、爛乎乎”，完全不像酒店早餐該有的樣子。
作為錦江旗下品牌，這樣的服務與衞生水平，不僅砸了“麗楓”的招牌，更透支了消費者對錦江的信任。所謂“自然自在”，不過是一句空口號；所謂“中高端”，衹剩“差體驗”的實錘。再次選擇麗楓，從服務到硬件，從細節到整體，全是“差評”。

大落地窗可以俯瞰風景，雖然周圍稍微郊了一些，天氣好的時候風景還是很不錯的。
酒店配備小冰箱，買了一大堆水果放進去了哈哈。
特別喜歡麗楓的一大原因就在於房間內紫白相間的大地毯，很有經濟上行時的華麗美。
大堂還有免費小雪糕~
