房間非常好，有那種原始的巖壁感覺，所有人的服務都很熱情，晚餐還貼心的給孩子準備了生日蛋糕，特別温馨。

服務特別特別貼心，從入住前到離開後一直都有管家對接，隨時回答問題，可以説是有求必應，入住歡迎零食水果和巧克力一應俱全，退房後還額外送了水果禮盒伴手禮，絕對滿分好評！
房間當然也是非常讚的，我提前兩個月訂的房就為了這個view，果然沒讓我失望，窗外的景色感覺至少佔房價的一半。另外就是充電特別方便，還有typeC的直充口，在別的地方真的挺少見。
對孩子也很友好，房間內小童用品很齊全，游泳池還配好了各種大小的泳圈和浮排，我倆娃在景區也玩得超級開心。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，不光酒店的地理位置非常特別，景色無敵，硬件設施齊全，而且酒店的服務人員非常熱情周到，辦理好入住手續之後一一介紹酒店各樓層的設施，並帶我們去到特別的洞穴房間參觀，併為母親特意準備了長壽麪和生日蛋糕，晚餐也非常豐富，很有特色，在此非常感謝酒店員工的熱情服務。酒店所處的度假區步道風光讓人流連忘返，酒店員工多次開着觀光車到玻璃棧道接送，真的讓人感覺非常貼心。真的是物有所值的祕境酒店，軟件硬件非常過硬。

超出預期。房間有監控，上廁所沒門，窗邊有蟲子，具體自己看照片…一看窗外發現有六個監控攝像頭對着房間… 除此之外，其他都非常不錯～～

非常好，儀式感很強，晚餐很驚艷，山崖泳池很開心，服務特別到位，我一般是不評價的，但是真的很好，景區出示房卡，你就是大哥。服務小哥很優秀，非常優秀，管家也很到位。下次還找那小哥，哈哈
