The hotel facilities and hygiene are not comparable to Wyndham. They are not of the same level. The hotel is quiet and suitable for leisure travel. The room is well-equipped and quite large, with a view of the Xiangjiang River. Although there are not many guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast is quite rich in variety and the quality of the fruit is good. The hotel staff are particularly enthusiastic. From the front desk customer service staff Yang Zijian and Manager Zhang at check-in, to the cleaning staff Cao Shulin and Chu Ping, and the chefs in the restaurant, they all actively asked about my needs. When I mentioned that the room smelled of smoke, Ms. Li at the front desk immediately brought an air purifier. She also helped me change to a smoke-free room.

Zhuzhou Huatian has an advantageous geographical location and is convenient to go everywhere. I brought my children back to Zhuzhou for New Year's greetings during the Spring Festival. The room was very clean and tidy when I came back. It was fully equipped, the network WIFI was good, the concierge service was enthusiastic, the old hotel equipment was well maintained, the sheets and quilts were comfortable to sleep in, Meizi had a good sense of service and helped us wash our socks and fold clothes. The service was great and felt like home. I will definitely choose Huatian next time. Thumbs up!
