這次的入住體驗真的太讚了！從前台辦理入住時，工作人員就熱情又高效，還貼心推薦了周邊好玩的地方。房間乾淨整潔，床品軟硬適中，一夜好眠。衞生間設施嶄新，淋浴水壓穩定，水温也剛剛好。酒店位置特別優越，附近就是地鐵站，出行超方便，周邊還有不少美食。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，新鮮又美味。整體超出預期，下次來這邊還住這兒！

酒店香薰一直很好，氣味個性化，前台服務較以前有所變化，可能是行業內卷嚴重，為減低成本，使用一定數量的實習生的緣故，培訓還是差點火候，對於特殊事件（預示樓層停電）的處理，流程不熟，另外，建議投資方和管理團隊，提高前台員工的工作滿意度，增加薪酬等等，以消除部分前台員工及餐廳員工對待客户比較冷漠問題。另外，酒店外停車比較無序，客人停車沒能得到應有的照顧。
