The overall service feels a bit backward. The check-in at the front desk is very slow. One staff member directly said ”No check-in, check-in on the side”, without a single polite word. Maybe the hotel has the background of state-owned enterprises and the government and is not short of guests. The service performance for individual guests is not at all the standards of a five-star hotel (the room aunt is very good). Checked out today, and told the front desk lady to check out on **... Then I handed in the room card, and there was no more, no response. There is no ”take care, welcome back” common at the hotel front desk, and no clear ”OK” is told to you.
