The hotel is luxuriously decorated, with advanced facilities, thoughtful service, and great breakfast 👍, especially the freshly wrapped and steamed siu mai, which is very good 👍. The service staff are well-trained. I hope that the facilities can be well maintained and the service level can be maintained for a long time.

AAnonymous UserAs a well-known local high-end hotel, the overall service attitude is worthy of recognition, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, but the feedback during the stay (such as direct drinking water yellowing, health problems, etc.) has not been followed up in time, and I hope that the customer complaint response mechanism can be strengthened in the future.
The location is excellent and the surrounding traffic is convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel is not equipped with a separate parking lot. The public parking space is tight. Self-driving guests need to find nearby paid parking spaces. It is recommended to coordinate parking resources in advance.
In terms of hardware facilities, the design concept of direct drinking water system is worthy of praise, but the actual water quality has obvious pollution problems (the outlet is yellow), there are health risks, and it is urgent to investigate the pipeline or water pollution problem.
The sanitary condition is seriously inconsistent with the high-end positioning. There are dead ends in the room cleaning, and the linen and bathroom facilities have obvious stains. It is recommended to upgrade the cleaning standard and hardware configuration in a comprehensive manner.
Overall, the hotel has advantages in service awareness and geographical location, but it needs to be improved in terms of health management, facilities maintenance and customer complaint handling efficiency, and I look forward to seeing substantive improvement.
In particular, the question about the platform of Trip.com : as the platform positioning ”the third hot high-end hotel in the local area” and labeling 4 stars, the actual experience is seriously inconsistent with the publicity. The platform has neither significantly prompted key defects such as missing parking lots, water pollution, and poor sanitation on the booking page. It seriously harms consumers' right to know and platform credibility. It is recommended that Trip.com strengthen the supervision mechanism of merchant qualification review and bad review to avoid misleading more passengers.
