I went to Zhuji to visit relatives. I have always stayed in other hotels in the past. This time I saw the information about this hotel and booked this hotel. It is close to relatives and friends at home, the transportation is convenient, and it is not far from the train station.

Ji Hotel surprised me with their excellent design, modern yet hip & you have got more than you bargained for. Not just the aesthetics which is highly appealing but the comfort of its sofa chairs & round balcony table which can be used as a coffee cum desk table. Well equipped & well spaced with just about enough for everything. Newly opened but I believe that the front desk personnel needs to be better trained to handle foreigners (or are they very new without a supervisor in attendance?)as we have been subjected to the inconvenience of producing our passports to them for photocopying during check in & subsequently the very next day. Certainly, they lack professionalism in this regard.

The water temperature on the 3rd floor is just right, the water is constant temperature, and it is a good experience to stay for three days. I stayed for one night on Monday and changed to the 6th floor. The water pressure on the 6th floor is unstable. It will be very hot and cold for a while. The toilet leaks. The toilet smells a bit big and needs a lot of improvement. The front desk sent fruit intimately to express warmth. The gym is better with power dumbbells. The overall experience is good.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the scenic spot! The hotel facilities are also very complete and the lady at the front desk is patient and careful! The only drawback is that the twin rooms are located along the street, and the hotel's windows are not soundproofed enough! Although 🈶️earplugs are provided😂
