房間和服務都比較一般，餐廳菜品種類少，價格高，可以去附近的馬劍鎮吃飯，開車5分鐘，距離五泄漂流較近，酒店小童樂園很小在室外，夏天暴曬下里面有很重的甲醛味，室外泳池可以游泳。充電樁掩藏在草叢裡不注意根本看不見，停車場的師傅一上來就態度很差的指責，讓人瞬間覺得這酒店不住也罷

很不錯的酒店，前台升級了房型，早餐很豐盛，孩子玩的地方也很多，泳池也很好，卡丁車外包的孩子玩的很開心，特別感謝三位工作人員，倪亞英，奚愛玉，孫美仙服務特別好

酒店環境，依山傍水自帶溪流，溪中溪度假酒店在整個山頭景區，可被描述為“被溪水環繞的酒店”拍照也很出片。
服務：管家鴨鴨是我住到浙江那麼多酒店最好的美女管家了，考慮到上海當時颱風不能如期旅行，幫我溝通了延期申請，非常滿意👍一路上也讓我注意安全，鴨鴨推薦的美食和遊玩攻略很棒，本來要去漂流的，但是娃娃有點咳嗽，就沒去，有點小遺憾，爭取下次再來找鴨鴨定魚屋，老公喜歡釣魚，這次水流很急，沒收穫～下次要努力💪…🤣兒子很喜歡鴨鴨，送了玩具。
衞生：吐槽下餐廳個別不愉快事件，雖然有小插曲，但是管家鴨鴨和餐廳姐姐的協助下，很愉快的解決了，其實發生問題不可怕，酒店可以積極處理這很nice ✌️！
設施：遊玩設施比較好，特別泳池娃天天泡裏面，泳池畔的麋鹿咖啡店空調給足，大人們能吹着空調看着娃，很棒😊～晚上蟲子有點多，不過大山裡可以理解～！
這次沒時間約的旅拍，下次一定要安排😂

酒店服務好，無論前台/整理房間的阿姨/咖啡廳的/管家，衹要接觸到的工作人員都很友好。
住的漁屋房，對於釣魚愛好者可以不出房門釣魚非常友好，但是魚不多…房間一股潮濕黴味很重，這點不太喜歡。
酒店入住率高，所以入住較晚，但是整理房間的阿姨很友好熱情。管家鴨鴨會把相關酒店訊息發給你，有事必應很稱職！

紹興新昌回上海之前臨時決定帶老婆2小孩一行4人去諸暨住一晚 芳草地正好有2晚套餐能拆分成1晚2間 特別要感謝酒店工作人員海豚姑娘精心安排親子房和雙床房在獨立的樹屋面對面 度假村娛樂項目很多 風景不錯
