Hotel Location: Not in the city center, but there is free parking! facility: There is breakfast, good 👍🏻 waiter: Thoughtful and polite ☺️ Room: There was a strange smell and it seemed like the sheets had not been changed! Ask the waiter to come up and replace it immediately! I've lived here before, and it was a good experience! So stay again! But this time it might be the Easter holiday, the cleanliness is really unacceptable, the room is too big and smells! Hope the hotel can improve! 

The experience is super good! Woohoo 😭 I have come here with many people and all of them choose this place. Who knows that I am working alone and my friends come to play and stay in this hotel, so I am familiar with the front desk sister, and I also get souvenirs. I really like it💕

Stayed for the second time, I feel that no matter the front desk and the whole team are very enthusiastic and qualified, the printed data is also actively classified and clear and standard, very good! Even cleaning is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to solve problems for the guests. Including personalized choices for helping the room, even after a busy day, I found that the clothes were put back, warm and moving, not inferior to the service level of the international hotel chain of tip culture, praise again! 👍🏽

Unfortunately the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Arriving at the hotel the check in process was quite simple. The water wasn’t really hot when taking a shower. As advertised the hotel advertises a car to get you to the hotsprings but at first they had no idea what we were talking about then eventually after all the translation they said we need to book an hour in advance and they would get the car to pick us up from the hotsprings. Once we had tried to arrange the car they said no cars were available and they told us to arrange our own transportation. The breakfast is not ideal as the bread rolls were quite stale and they didn’t really have much to offer. It was a really disappointing experience. The only thing that was great was the bed it was truly the best part of the hotel.

Overall rating is low, based on hotel chain group standard. Upon check-in, the front desk mentioned that there is no air-conditioned room available, due to peak season with high demanding. If guests feeling hot in guest room, hotel can provide fan. This is not to be expected and accepted since I am going to stay in a hotel under Hilton Group. By the way, there is a large stain on tile floor in the guest room, the hair dryer is burned with smoke. The room charge is hitting to HKD1,000/night and I think there is other better option for me next time.

Best location. Near Daixin shopping mall. Pedestrian street just 1 min away. Lots of eateries around. Good massage place nearby. Salon, pedicure, manicure just right opposite the hotel. Icbc and Bank of China is just around the corner. A little convenient store is just right next to the hotel. All hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The bed is medium soft which is good for us. A lot of hotels around beds are hard where understood many local people like to sleep on hard bed for some reason. Will come back again.

I stayed in several hotels in Zhuhai for a few days. This hotel is the newest, has convenient parking, and is clean. However, the last room has no hot water and it doesn’t get hot even after half an hour of operation. There is also a white chimney outside the window. It's as noisy as a generator early in the morning, except for these two, everything else is pretty good
