Excellent service, modern and clean! I came from America with my two elderly parents who could not walk well, the hotel staff helped us with sightseeing plans.  When we had difficulties with using the apps to  book cars, , they helped us to book it so that we can enjoy scenic places without too much walking. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience in Zhuhai.  I highly recommend this hotel.

The newly opened hotel is very clean and the environment is quite quiet. Ctrip members upgraded my room type, and the breakfast is also OK. The main thing is that the equipment and facilities are very new, and the air conditioner is very powerful. The 24.5℃ warm air makes me feel hot, unlike the 27℃ air conditioner in the rented shabby house. The area is also quite large, unlike Vienna, which feels like living in a prison 😄 I heard weeding in the green belt outside in the morning, and I thought the sound insulation was not very good. The beautiful lady at the front desk immediately communicated with the weeding grandfather, but later I found out that I didn’t close the window myself, and it was very quiet after closing it.

This time I came to Zhuhai Jing'an to visit friends and reminisce, and I still chose to stay in this hotel because of its moderate location, convenient transportation, affordable room price, comfortable and sanitary rooms, friendly and fast front desk service, and convenient eating, drinking and shopping nearby. I will stay here again next time I come to Jing'an.

The hotel is easy to find and has a parking lot. The lady at the front desk was very patient and kept instructing us on how to enter the parking lot. The hotel has complete facilities, including a reading room, laundry room and gym. I heard that the restaurant and conference room are also about to open. The rooms are very new and smart. The room and lobby are very clean. The room style is what I like and it feels very comfortable. Next time I come here on a business trip, I will choose here again

The room is large in size and very clean. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. I also spent an extra 100 yuan to upgrade to a suite. I feel it is worth it. I will make it my first choice for future business trips.

The room was clean, the facilities were relatively new and smart. Breakfast time is very friendly to people who get up late, and you can go for breakfast at ten o'clock. The dryer in the laundry room drys clothes quickly, like it. There are many categories of library books on the first floor, and you can borrow the room to read. The overall stay experience is very good.

Best location. Near Daixin shopping mall. Pedestrian street just 1 min away. Lots of eateries around. Good massage place nearby. Salon, pedicure, manicure just right opposite the hotel. Icbc and Bank of China is just around the corner. A little convenient store is just right next to the hotel. All hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The bed is medium soft which is good for us. A lot of hotels around beds are hard where understood many local people like to sleep on hard bed for some reason. Will come back again.

Unfortunately the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Arriving at the hotel the check in process was quite simple. The water wasn’t really hot when taking a shower. As advertised the hotel advertises a car to get you to the hotsprings but at first they had no idea what we were talking about then eventually after all the translation they said we need to book an hour in advance and they would get the car to pick us up from the hotsprings. Once we had tried to arrange the car they said no cars were available and they told us to arrange our own transportation. The breakfast is not ideal as the bread rolls were quite stale and they didn’t really have much to offer. It was a really disappointing experience. The only thing that was great was the bed it was truly the best part of the hotel.
