Checking in during the Spring Festival, the hotel service was in place. We were upgraded to a room with a window for free. The breakfast was also good. There is a free parking lot in front of the hotel. It is recommended to stay.

Unfortunately the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Arriving at the hotel the check in process was quite simple. The water wasn’t really hot when taking a shower. As advertised the hotel advertises a car to get you to the hotsprings but at first they had no idea what we were talking about then eventually after all the translation they said we need to book an hour in advance and they would get the car to pick us up from the hotsprings. Once we had tried to arrange the car they said no cars were available and they told us to arrange our own transportation. The breakfast is not ideal as the bread rolls were quite stale and they didn’t really have much to offer. It was a really disappointing experience. The only thing that was great was the bed it was truly the best part of the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, clean, and there are many restaurants nearby. However, the air-conditioning in the room was insufficient. There was a smell of toilet perfume in the room all night long. It may be to avoid the smell of cigarette smoke. I am sensitive to smells, so I don’t blame the hotel because it states that smoking is allowed. I will pay attention to it when I book a room in the future!
