this is my second time staying in the same hotel in two months. i choose it again because of the location. it is right next to the 24/7 hengqin boarder. it’s so close that you can just wake up and cross the boarder to macau for breakfast. it’s also 15 mins away from chimelong ocean kingdom. the location is the key. there are also some restaurants and malls around, though options not much. but it’s enough. the staffs are super friendly. every time the upgraded me. this time is a corner room. much more spacious than last time. a whole 180 degree window with the zhuhai and macau view. i would recommend to my friends.

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

The hotel is overall okay. Its location is about a 10-minute walk from the Hengqin Customs, which is convenient. However, the area feels quite deserted. I was a bit surprised to find the front desk in a separate, older-looking building, but fortunately, the rooms are in a newer building next door. One downside is that not all rooms are equipped with a refrigerator—you’ll need to use the lobby’s shared refrigerator, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The location is great. Metro station is very close by. Big mall within walking distance. Eateries / convenience store right downstairs. Helpful front desk (Ms Quan) and cleaning lady. Big open studio with separate kitchen and washing machine. The only and biggest problem is the massive construction site across the road which is drilling from early morning until late evening and the huge drilling noise woke us up as early as 730am and non stop on Saturday and Sunday mornings too. And trust me, unless you sleep like a pig it WILL wake you up!

The first floor is a large wave pool, and the third floor is a video game center, which is suitable for children to play and is definitely a good opportunity for parents and children. In addition, this hotel is located near Hengqin Port, making it very convenient to travel to Macau. It is worth noting that because the area where the hotel is located is still under development, shopping malls, restaurants and other facilities are not in service, so you need to walk ten to twenty-five minutes to eat or shop elsewhere. The breakfast buffet in the hotel tastes good and has a wide variety of food. I recommend everyone to give it a try. All in all, this hotel is very cost-effective and worth a visit.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean and the rooms are big enough and tidy. Our room was in the 32/f facing the city view. The lights in the buildings outside also look nice. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and definitely no noise from other rooms and no smell of cigarette smoke from the corridors and in our room during our entire stay.

Overall speaking, the room was fantastic! The staff were attentive and polite. Our plan included a ”520 Confession Set Dinner” which had a steak (though cooked well-done), fried chicken rolls with bacon, a bowl of Caesar salad, a truffle sauce pasta with clamps. The food were good, at least we don't have anything to complain with this price. Also, the air-conditioning was great, which was outstanding compared to some 5-star hotels. Definitely recommend couples to have an overnight stay here.

The location does not have any shops or food. However, the staff are very professional and provided a free upgrade. The room is big with a tub and nice toliet. Bed and room temp is very nice The hotel booking only give 1 breakfast voucher which should have been two. Overall, the room is a very nice stay.
