I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The receptionist provided excellent and friendly service, always willing to help.The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which was delightful.One highlight was the inclusion of the ”Xiao Du” sound recognition smart assistant, making the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.Overall, it was a great experience,and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good just 1 bus stop from Gongbei Macau to Zhuhai border entry. Many restaurants and supermart within walking distance. Nature massage just on 2nd floor. Hotel room all at 3 floor. Room is spacious and quiet. Just a slight traffic noise from Lover Road. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast typical Chinese style. Not much variety. Just nice for us to leave some room on our stomach to taste other street foods. Reception staffs very friendly.

We LOVED this fresh and beautiful hotel in Zhuhai! It was just a 2 minutes walk from the seaside, and about a 10 minutes walk from a large shopping area with restaurants. The museum, Opera House, and Macao Port were all within 10-15 minutes by cab. The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was modern feeling with a kitchenette, and a large shower in the bathroom. The room got so much light throughout the day, which made it especially lovely and welcoming. The room service ladies were especially friendly, and would greet us in the hall each day. The breakfast buffet was also quite plentiful, and as the breakfast area was quite cozy, we would spend the whole morning there enjoying coffee and the sunshine coming through the windows. Overall, we would gladly stay again, especially with such a fair price! Thank you to all of the staff.

The lobby is spacious, the service is warm, and there is a large tea table in the lobby. The room was cleaned, the toiletries were complete, and the conditioner was conditioned. The mattress is also more comfortable to sleep. Separation of bath and washing.

Almost every thing is within a reasonable distance from this hotel. I had a quick check in and check out. The service is quite smooth. The staff are excited as if they’ve got a raise or a soon to come promise haha. I would love to stay in the hotel again next time

The family room at Jinfeng Jiamei Hotel is really [impressive]. Environment: The hotel is strategically located close to Xiangwan and Fenghuang North business districts, with convenient transportation. There are affordable and expensive massage and foot massage services within 400 square meters downstairs, and food is available all day. Service: The staff was friendly but unprofessional. The previous customer checked out late, so there was no room available. This should not have been a problem for the customer (check-in time was after 3pm). In the end, although the room was successfully picked up despite a slight delay, the problem had already occurred and it affected the customer's mood and time wasted. Facilities: Drinking water is available in the lobby. Other customers were smoking from the lobby to the elevator but no one dealt with them. The room is spacious and bright, with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It looks clean at first glance, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, but the entire floor, windows and walls are covered in dust. The window part is not even finished yet, with a gap large enough for a can of Coke (it would probably rain on a rainy day). There are also many leftover decoration materials on the tracks that have not been cleaned up. The noise from the street outside is very noisy in the rooms on the 3rd floor.

The hotel is very new, with a good location, clean and tidy rooms, and a beautiful atrium looking out of the window. The hotel is facing the Sun Moon Shell, and the beach is just outside. You can borrow sand digging tools for children, which is very nice. There is a seafood market nearby, which is very convenient for buying and processing seafood. The breakfast dishes are rich and the ingredients are fresh. When we left, the lady was very considerate and gave us water to drink on the road, and also gave the children small gifts. The experience is perfect, I will come again next time

We chose ”Mountain Residence - Couple Bath Suite”! The hotel room is very clean and super tidy! And the equipment in the room is also very new, and it is electric and intelligently operated!  I really like that this room includes an open-air balcony. Get up in the morning and run to the balcony to take a breath of fresh air. It's very comfortable and relaxing! The bathtub is big and the hot water is sufficient! The beds are big and the quilts and pillows are very comfortable. The only fly in the ointment is the cat that comes over there late at night On the hillside outside the door, I kept screaming Affects the quality of sleep. Highly recommended to couples in love for an unforgettable night!

The geographical location is excellent, close to the subway station, and travel is very convenient. This trip, I stayed at the Lovers Road Hotel, and the experience was perfect! The hotel is in a unique location, right along the Lovers Road. A ten-minute walk will take you to the gentle sea breeze and the beautiful coastline. The room is warm and romantic, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel service is also very considerate, the front desk checked in quickly, and helped recommend fun places around. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this hotel!
