The room is clean and tidy, the environment is beautiful, there are many attractions nearby, and you can go out to the Sun Moon Bay. There are free coffee and snacks at the door of the hotel, and it is free to stop production. The breakfast buffet is diverse and fresh. The air here is very good. I will continue to stay next time. Recommended

The hotel is very close to the beach, just a three-minute walk away. It is very convenient to go to the beach, but there is nothing else to do around, and you need to ride a bike or take a taxi to eat.

The room facilities are complete, the hygiene is good, and the service staff is very considerate. The hotel inevitably has some sound insulation problems. You can hear some of the neighbors when they enter and exit the door or in the corridor. If you mind, just prepare earplugs. There is always hot water in the hotel lobby. If you need to take medicine or something, you can drink water directly in the lobby.

The hotel boasts a highly convenient location, offering easy access to prominent tourist attractions and a diverse range of dining options nearby. Its proximity to Gongbei Port makes it an ideal choice for travelers planning to visit Macau, as it is just a short walk away. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art smart voice control systems for lighting, TV, music, and more, adding a modern and tech-savvy touch to the experience. Even the toilet bowl features smart technology, which is a thoughtful and innovative addition. The reception staff were consistently attentive and accommodating, ensuring every guest felt welcome. The room was impeccably clean, with the bathroom offering exceptional shower pressure that added to the comfort of the stay. The buffet breakfast served was satisfactory and met expectations. I would like to extend special recognition to one of the housekeepers, Mdm Kuang, for her outstanding service and dedication—her efforts truly stood out during my visit. All in all, my experience at the hotel was excellent, and I am confident that I will choose to stay here again when I next visit Zhuhai.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The moment I walked in, DORIS welcomed me with warm smiles and processed my check - in swiftly. Manager YUKO even surprised me with a room upgrade. The room was spotless, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping areas.

The hotel is very close to Gongbei Port, and it only takes a few minutes by taxi. This time I booked a suite, and the experience was good! The check-in process was efficient, and the front desk guy also asked about our parking location, which was free. The room facilities are complete and new, with good sound insulation, and the sanitation is clean and tidy. The key is to walk to Fuhuali Shopping Mall and Night Market in a few minutes. It is very convenient to travel, and I will choose it next time!

I was very pleased with the check-in service. The lady was very friendly and the process was quick and stress free. However, when I got to the room my whole view changed.  The bathroom had hair around the toilet and throw up left in it. The floors in the room did not look like they had been cleaned, as I still saw dirt and other things sitting on the floor. To top it off, I was eaten alive by bed bugs in the night.  While a good location, I will not be staying there again.

Location is good just 1 bus stop from Gongbei Macau to Zhuhai border entry. Many restaurants and supermart within walking distance. Nature massage just on 2nd floor. Hotel room all at 3 floor. Room is spacious and quiet. Just a slight traffic noise from Lover Road. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast typical Chinese style. Not much variety. Just nice for us to leave some room on our stomach to taste other street foods. Reception staffs very friendly.

We spent two nights in a Superior Suite with Seaview. Note that the view we had overlooks the airport hangers and the river but you can’t see the famous Opera House. As it is you can't see much as the windows are filthy. The airport is just for helicopters so it isn’t too disturbing. Rooms on the north side can see the Opera House. The room design is bizarre. It seems the designer forgot or didn’t know all the key features of good hotel room design. Of particular note are the absence of any cupboards shelves or hanging space in the bedroom, a toilet that is a really difficult space to use, few pictures or other decorations and lack of an in-room safe. The breakfast is predominantly Chinese for which there is a good selection. Western options are very limited. It is best to order food at the noodle cooking station as the food in the chafing dishes that is meant to be hot is, at most, tepid so avoid this. The restaurant and bar on the 12/F is closed in the evening (off season) apart from the complimentary evening noodles from 9:30 to 11pm. We had expected some dessert options at that time of the evening but surprisingly none. There are few restaurants or shops nearby so you will need to use taxis or a car for these. We can recommend the Iyoho Mall at Jingshan Park which is about 2km north of the hotel. The front desk will suggest another mall much further from the hotel which isn’t as nice. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we weren’t sure about payments and routes. Taxis are cheap anyway. Overall there are better options in Zhuhai at this price. We can’t recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Almost every thing is within a reasonable distance from this hotel. I had a quick check in and check out. The service is quite smooth. The staff are excited as if they’ve got a raise or a soon to come promise haha. I would love to stay in the hotel again next time
