As a traveler with a mild obsession for cleanliness, my standards for hotel hygiene are incredibly high. My two-day, one-night stay at Lishang Hotel completely changed my perception of cleanliness in independent hotels. From the public display of disinfection records in the lobby upon arrival to the detailed cleaning procedure manual handed to me by the housekeeping manager upon departure, every single detail spoke volumes about their 'hygiene first' philosophy. During check-in, the front desk proactively informed me, ”All our guest rooms adhere to medical-grade disinfection standards, and you can view the cleaning and disinfection records for your specific room.” After scanning a QR code, a clear table detailing 12 cleaning items appeared: the toilet seat disinfection time was precise to the minute, air conditioner filter replacement records included the cleaner's staff ID, and even the remote control was labeled 'wiped with 75% alcohol.' This level of transparency immediately put my initial concerns at ease. The moment I stepped into Room 0509, the visual cleanliness was astounding. The bay window sill was spotless; even after wiping it with a tissue, it remained pristine white. Lifting the bedsheet to check under the bed, even the often-neglected corners were sparkling clean. I heard the hotel employs a '360-degree no-dead-angle cleaning method,' even using a special flat vacuum cleaner for under the beds. But what truly surprised me was the bathroom – no water stains on the glass door, the floor drain emitted a faint lemon scent instead of mildew, and the mouthwash cups were individually sealed in plastic, with a satisfying crackle as I opened them. Such meticulous attention to detail was evident everywhere. A small incident during my stay further impressed me. On the second day, I noticed a tiny water stain on the rim of a mouthwash cup. After calling room service, the housekeeping supervisor personally came to my room with new cups. She not only replaced all the toiletries but also demonstrated their 'high-temperature steam sterilization process' on the spot: a specialized sterilizer spraying 130℃ steam for 30 seconds, followed by wiping with a sterile cloth, all while wearing disposable gloves and a mask. Before leaving, she smiled and said, 'Rest assured, we have a 'zero-tolerance' policy for hygiene complaints, and all our cleaning tools are changed for each room.' Hygiene management in the public areas was equally stringent. Next to the buttons in the public restrooms, there was hand sanitizer and disposable button wipes. The utensil sterilizer cabinet in the restaurant's self-service area displayed real-time temperature. Even the yoga mats in the gym were covered with individually packaged disinfectant wipes. On my departure day, I specifically observed the cleaning staff at work: their cleaning trolleys neatly arranged color-coded cloths – red, blue, and yellow – designated for bathrooms, guest rooms, and public areas respectively. This 'zone-specific' standard brought immense peace of mind. Overall, this experience at Lishang Hotel, with its 'visible cleanliness' and 'traceable procedures,' truly won over this cleanliness-obsessed traveler. Here, hygiene is not just an abstract promise but evident in every tangible detail. For my next trip, I've finally found a hotel I can confidently book without a second thought. During check-out, the lovely front desk staff member, Xiaoyuan, even gave us a gift. I highly recommend this hotel!

Although the location is not close to any malls, it is within the central of Zhuhai and 10 min from the hzm bridge. There was direct access to room floors from the car park, which was free. We even got upgraded to the executive floors (L18). The view from The bathtub was amazing as it was facing the big window. Room was very spacious with separate area for closet. Overall very nice.

Very nice facilities and extremely comfortable bed. It’s high up and so you can see the edges of Macau. Classic Chinese buffet breakfast but it sure was satisfying. Short walk from both Gongbei Port and various types of Zhuhai night life. The train station is also 15 minutes away! The only real complaint was the staff, one of which didn’t seem to be able to change the speed of their speech so I could understand, and the other who - despite doing so with an impeccably friendly smile - wouldn’t stop trying to tell me about some sort of promotion(?) despite insisting I was about to be late for my train.

Select rooms even come with oversized bathtubs, perfect for soaking while enjoying the stunning ocean vistas. Its convenient location means it's approximately a 10-minute drive from Gongbei Port and a 15-minute drive from Zhuhai Railway Station. Free parking is also available. Popular attractions such as Jingshan Park, Zhuhai Fisher Girl, and City Balcony are all within easy walking distance. The hotel is also close to commercial hubs like Yangming Plaza, offering a diverse array of dining choices, with 'Zhuroupo Restaurant' and Xiwan Night Market being particularly recommended. Service at the hotel is consistently highly praised. The front desk staff are noted for their warmth, attentiveness, and ability to provide prompt and efficient assistance.

Excellent stay and great value! We stayed as a family of 4 in the tatami 2x double bed room. The room itself was spacious and super clean. The hotel provided great amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, vanity set etc and even Roberto Cavalli hand cream! The location was excellent. Right opposite the Opera House and around 20 minutes walk to the City Balcony. The gentleman at front desk was professional and helpful. He also helped with luggage. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to travel between Macau and Zhuhai. Shopping and eateries are stone throw away. Transportation is easy to access. Hotel staffs are friendly especially both the front desk and the housekeepers are pleasant and helpful

Location is excellent. Room is spacious n clean. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast is included n offers quite a good selection of items, such as congee, noodles, hot food, eggs, buns, dim sum n fruits. We got upgraded too. Just before we checked out the hotel, the toilet flush did not work well. Hotel sent technician to come n fix the problem right away n to our satisfaction. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay for us.

I must say, I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It truly lives up to its reputation as an established international hotel; the service was impeccable, the room was very clean, and it offered great value for money. We booked a family room, and the view was excellent, offering direct views of the sea and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The swimming pool was shaded after 3 PM, which meant our child could swim very comfortably and happily. Right at the hotel entrance, you can catch the sightseeing bus. For 30 RMB per person, you get unlimited rides within 24 hours, taking you to all the city's attractions. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating; they immediately granted our request for a late check-out. While waiting in the lobby, we ordered takeout and wanted to eat it in the cafe, which the staff also politely agreed to. The air conditioning and dehumidifier were already turned on in the room before we checked in. The hotel lobby displayed many beautiful crystal crafts that were very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast spread was excellent; after a satisfying meal, we just hopped on a bus and went out to enjoy ourselves. The only drawback was that the central air conditioning unit, after running for a while, became a bit noisy; we hope this can be improved. Next time we visit, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

I absolutely loved the hotel's ambiance and style; it perfectly matched my expectations. The lobby is truly beautiful and incredibly 'Instagrammable.' The location is super convenient. It's just a short taxi ride (about the minimum fare) from the high-speed train station, and you can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes, which kept the kids very happy. The service was beyond excellent; they were incredibly responsive and always went out of their way to fulfill any request. All the hotel facilities are new, and the decor is gorgeous. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows, which had the ideal height and firmness, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Oh, and there's a rooftop swimming pool! Make sure not to miss the stunning views from up there.
