A belated review, but the hotel service was genuinely fantastic! We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my child and their classmates, booking a few different room types to experience them. The family-themed rooms feature very spacious beds, easily accommodating a family of three. I particularly want to highlight the hotel's largest suite – it was incredibly comfortable and perfectly sized for 6 adults and 3 children! The room's amenities were also thoughtfully chosen with families in mind, catering to all their needs. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options. The hotel also provides convenient shuttle service to the hot springs, Mystery Island, and the Pet Paradise; if you ever have a long wait, just contact your butler directly. We managed to try all the hotel's restaurants, and the food was genuinely delicious with very generous portions.

As the first international hotel in Gaolan Port, the hotel is brand new. The rooms feature a very modern and smart design. The breakfast spread is plentiful and satisfying, ensuring you start your day full. Its prime location right by Zhuhai Avenue makes getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the soft bedding ensured a comfortable stay. We were even treated to complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, and they offer a free warm late-night snack in the evenings.

The owner is friendly, the housekeeper is responsible, and provides travel itineraries attentively. The villa is large and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. It is suitable for family and friends to get together for many activities. There are free game consoles, electric mahjong, and karaoke speakers. There are just no restaurants nearby. You have to call a car to go out for 20 minutes. There are many restaurant choices in large malls. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.
