Good front desk service, quick check in and facilitated our request for late check out. Our hotel room was nicely decorated, not exactly very spacious but good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The carpet could have been more frequently shampooed though. No bathtub and there's not a door separating the bathroom. They provided two types of pillow which was good, the bed was on the soft side. The noise insulation could definitely improve. The two indoor playrooms were huge. Facilities reasonably well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun. But it could get really packed despite the size of the playrooms. Despite the size of the breakfast hall, it was absolutely packed and its hard to find a table after 9am. Walking distance to a huge shopping complex.

Got a pretty nice view of the Art Center, along with a special gift of cherry tomatoes in the room. Had a great time overall and shout out to Jane for all the assistance during the stay.

Our 2-day, 1-night stay in the Bubugao Family Room was a perfect holiday experience! The slide room was an instant hit with the kids! Adorable bunk beds featured a safety lock on the top bunk for extra security. Our child went absolutely wild playing for two hours the moment we stepped in! The bathroom was thoughtfully equipped with a children's vanity and parent-child bathrobes – the convenience and attention to detail were simply incredible. An Ultimate One-Stop Family Fun Destination! Just a 5-minute walk to the marine hot springs (boasting 108 pools, including a delightful kiddie duck pool), or hop on the free shuttle bus. The shuttle also provides direct access to Mystery Island Amusement Park (complete with thrilling roller coasters and an adorable petting zoo) – and your room card grants unlimited entry! Breakfast included freshly cooked seafood congee and fun cartoon buns. Even the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly, often bending down to chat and play with the little ones. The Effortless Family Getaway Formula! Floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of a 2.7 km coastline, while the private hot tub on the balcony was perfect for evening soaks, watching the dazzling lights of Fisherman's Wharf. We even got to enjoy the entertainment facilities for the entire day after check-out, and the butler service was incredibly attentive. There was so much to do—hot springs, the amusement park, the beach—two days simply weren't enough! We finally achieved our dream of an effortlessly relaxing family vacation.

An amazing place, clean, with polite and very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was average but the coffee downstairs was absolutely wonderful! The area is quiet and peaceful, near the sea, good for walking and bike riding. The hotel is located quite far from the city center yet there are shopping malls and restaurants available in the neighborhood.

Good location, next to park. Free to walk around. Shopping mall need to walk for 10 mins.

I like the decoration style very much, it is very clean, the room is well soundproofed, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. It is close to the airport and there is a high-speed rail station. There is a night market with many snacks nearby at night, and you can go to the beach nearby to catch the sea. You can feel the design of every corner of the room. The filtered drinking water is also of good quality. It is even a smart toilet. The geographical location is close to the mountains, so it is very quiet and cost-effective. I highly recommend it~

Very close to the main hot spring area and other attractions in the area, and the package deal has all you need, food, entry to main hot spring area and a comfortable room. Upon reaching main lobby, can feel that whilst the decor is dated, but still feels well maintained. Scent of hotel is also quite nice, however once you enter the room, maybe because of humidity there’s a little bit of musky smell. May be due to this that many guests chose to open the hotel door to let the room ventilate. Would recommend for hotel to also maintain the scent in the room.

At first, I saw a lot of bungalows at the entrance of the hotel street and thought I was cheated, but when I entered the hotel lobby, the staff was very kind to explain the origin of the hotel, the service facilities, etc. .... were very friendly. When I entered the room, there was a private bath. Very satisfied, the environment is clear and excellent, exactly the same as the one shown when booking the room. The temperature outside is more than 30 degrees, but the staff has set the air-conditioning, very intimate .... will definitely visit ... again to provide disposable supplies in the hotel bathroom, careful ..... winning price such as a hotel in the center of the city of thousands of yuan.

Although the location is relatively remote, if you drive by yourself, there is a large shopping mall, Jinwan Huafa Commercial City, 15 minutes away. It is very convenient for eating, drinking, entertainment and shopping. There is also a night market opposite the hotel with many food options👍 The hotel room is large, clean and sanitary. The waiter at the front desk is very polite and soft-spoken, which is worthy of praise!

We had a really great stay at the hotel. Lucy welcomed us and helped with anything we need. We could take the trolley to the mysterious park at any time and it was super convenient. The buffet was decent and the service was always welcoming. It's all walking distance so it was really nice in the evening to go exploring after dinner. There are so many fun activities for the children to do and the equipment is very well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel.
