從碼頭接船開始，酒店員工的態度都很真誠友好。入住後不喜歡原來訂的泡池房想換海景房，前台和訂房部都講衹能換不帶海洋熱療的套餐。正準備取消訂單重新下單。大堂副理就打電話上來説他給我們免費升級。我們衹需在房間等待服務員辦好後帶新房卡來幫我們換房，服務真貼心。 晚飯後泡温泉，之後參加酒店的跨年晚會，熱熱鬧鬧，開開心心地迎接2025年！真好！ 房間設施有點舊，但衞生和功能都很好 中餐廳的出品幾好，西餐廳就一般般。早餐品種豐富
