酒店設施有点殘旧、泳池也很亁淨，但晚上餐廳沒有什么东西吃，只是快餐，但环境尚算可以，純粹渡假遠離城市也是不錯的選擇。

很棒的一次入住體驗，酒店在東澳島南灣沙灘邊最好的位置，景觀一流，設施完善。酒店服務很好，員工素質很高，特別是前台服務員小吳，提前把酒店可提供的活動和服務告知住客，渡輪班次因為天氣發生變化時也及時提醒，非常周到！點個大大的贊！期待下次再入住格力酒店。

非常好的酒店，設施一流、環境一流、重點是服務一流，上島前一天前台吳富蓉小妹就電話聯繫，介紹島上通行、景點、餐飲、酒店各項設施等等，入駐後及時提醒各種項目。服務極佳，所有的工作人員服務都非常好，是我見過的服務最好的酒店。
