上島有去酒店的接駁車，前台接待員王傳均業務熟練，熱情待客，每天微信提醒，有事問他都會解決，為他的敬業精神點贊👍房間乾淨，清潔工認真打掃房間的態度更是提倡👍酒店的餐廳環境好，味道不錯，就是海鮮有點小貴。海邊沙灘乾淨，小朋友挖沙玩的不亦樂乎。3天2晚的體驗唯一不足的是酒店的空調，衹能調風不能調温（室温29℃），且被子太厚，睡不安穩，有待改進。

到東澳島。第一次入駐格力東奧大酒店。進入酒店得到前台服務員小吳（富蓉）的熱情接待和詳細介紹。並給我們升級了海景房。我們在酒店期間得到該酒店周到細緻的安排和照顧。我們有一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間酒店設施非常好，環境很美。工作人員周到、細緻、熱情。他們那種敬業的精神感動着我們。也體現了該酒店管理層的水平。真想再多住幾天，由於有其他安排，衹有下次再來住了。再次向你們表示感謝。
