Check in and check out was a bit slow as there was only one staff at reception, but other than that the location is excellent with many restaurants, convenient stores and massage places nearby. Room was spacious and clean, mega bonus is the Dyson hairdryer!! Will definitely stay here again the next time.

Excellent location, right by Zhuhai Port. Jimmy at the front desk kindly upgraded us to a Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge view room, which featured a viewing balcony. What's more, another window offered direct views of Macau city! The room was spacious, very clean, and the decor was quite impressive. We were also pleasantly surprised that the in-room TV could even rotate to a vertical screen. A major highlight was unexpectedly catching the Macau Tower fireworks at night. With the lights off, we had the perfect, unobstructed view – truly a delightful moment of our trip! I'll definitely be recommending this to friends.

Zhuhai is a very beautiful place and this hotel is very good at Zhuhai

Red radisson hotel is very well located in Zhuhai, near Macau boarder and close to whuhai shopping mall for food or shopping. The breakfast has a lot of option and the view from the restaurant is really stunning, as the one from the room. We would go back here if we were to go back to Zhuhai / Macau.

Considering I spent the entire day in Macau and just needed the hotel for a shower and sleep at night, I didn't give it much thought. I'd stayed at this brand near Guangzhou South Station before and had a good experience, so I chose it again based on brand loyalty. I arrived quite early. While one front desk staff was preparing to check me in with my ID, a colleague whispered something to her. They then informed me that no rooms were available yet. This left a bad impression; regardless of room availability, they should have just openly explained the situation. Also, the robot delivery service took a comparatively long time. When I finally got my room after 9 PM, I found the cleanliness to be only average. The duvet felt damp and sticky. As it was just for one night, I decided to just put up with it. Only one room key was provided, which was quite inconvenient.

This hotel is good. Delicious breakfast. Good position. The only problem was a strange odor in the room. Communication in English is also difficult.

Tao provided an excellent service and very helpful. Red is very convenient, clean and provides good food for breakfast every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel

I booked this hotel for a concert in Macau, and it's a 2km walk to the border gate. The overall decor is red and black, with a distinct nightclub vibe. The toiletries were from a good brand, and the facilities were decent. The breakfast was delicious, feeling like it was up to a five-star standard. A complimentary minibar was included, though it only contained two cans of Coke. I requested a late check-out until 1:30 PM.

A great stay! Polite staff and helpful! Always will recommend this place if wanting to cross the border into Macau. Great space in the room, great amenities and also the facilities around the hotel are pretty good!
