Hengqin Bay Hotel Changlong is the first choice A very good accommodation experience❤️👍🏻 Whether it is facilities or accommodation conditions, scenery, sea view and garden scenery, they all have their own characteristics. Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc. Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant. Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children. There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient. The hotel butler is very considerate. Overall praise from the commentator👍🏻❤️

Overall experience is good transport is excellent and the buffet dinner was the best. But the rooms at night is so hot had the windows open all night.

I got the package with Chimelong show, 3-day ticket to Ocean Kingdom, and 3-day ticket to Spaceship Park. We didn't have time to go to Spaceship Park. The Chimelong show is very nice. The Ocean Kingdom rides and aquarium/ exhibitions are nice. I also like the boat ride from the hotel to Ocean Kingdom a lot

I enjoyed a three-night stay in a spacious, clean, and comfortable family room at the hotel. The amenities were well-suited for both adults and children. Although many staff members did not speak English, we were able to communicate effectively using a translator app. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

We had a good time of the stay. The room is spacious and staffs are friendly. But just very crowded when checked in time, which spent almost one hour for 10 persons (3 rooms). And the lift to get up rooms seems not equal with demands. Suggested to have a staff to mange the queue to get in lift, as we waited long time to get in the lift but someones always cut the queue while we were carrying childrens not fast as them. Hope this can be improved.

Great environment and facilities. Easy to get around with free shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park respectively. Easy walking distance to Kaka Theatre as well as the Chimelong show. It was really special to have the complimentary afternoon tea by the playful dolphins. The ferry ride to Ocean Kingdom was nice too! The pools and fitness gym were proper. We would have enjoyed some pool fun if we had brought our swiming attire. Overall very satisfied and we'll definitely book this hotel again :)

We had an amazing stay in the family room at Chimelong Henqin Bay Hotel. The room was super clean, kids' friendly and with a great view over the bay and the hotel's flamingos. Breakfast was rich of great options. We could easily walk to the ocean parks but when we realised that the shuttle buses leave very often we just hopped on one every morning and got there within a few minutes. 管家小林 from the hotel provided us with WeChat service via which we could ask any question at any time. Highly recommended!

Very good, it is super suitable for family if can direct purchase theme park ticket during check in is better. Very clean and good service, kids love it, theme park very fun, buffet very nice, the pudding surprise me so much, love the dolphin theme with real dolphins view

They deserve full marks on everything. Hotel room was clean and hygienic which was my 1st priority. I travelled with my family having 3 adults and 1 kid. I booked a combo ticket for hotel+ ocean kingdom 2 days tickets. Big thanks to hotel management to upgrade my room to a duplex family suite and giving me free car parking. Hotel has multiple food options and lovely pool area. Kids can see dolphins at the hotel itself and can play around. Free shuttle bus service to all Chimelong places is available. Very well managed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Strongly recommend to stay here, I will certainly come back again!!!

Nice and clean hotel with prime location. A bit disappointed only the indoor pool was accessible to hotel guests and outdoor pool u had to pay entry for. Food delivery selection was limited, but that is more of location. We stayed there for VAC music festival, so location was prime location. Would definitely go there again for the water park

It included a seafood dinner buffet, two days of breakfast, 3D2N unlimited entry to both Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship, and even a free ferry ride. This was a fantastic deal and made our stay very budget-friendly for all the experiences it included. 2. Hotel Amenities Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel is highly family-oriented, with plenty of kids’ amenities. There’s an indoor playground, a water park, and even their own dolphin pool! Our daughter loved the tailored experience, especially with the room beautifully decorated in a dolphin theme, complete with balloons and a children’s bed. The hotel really made an effort to cater to families. The only downside was that the basic rooms do not have interconnected doors, which would be more convenient for families needing multiple rooms. 3. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom The park was an absolute highlight of our trip. The scale of Ocean Kingdom is impressive, though it does require a lot of walking, which can be tiring. One drawback was that the shuttle bus didn’t stop close to the park entrance, making it a bit inconvenient. However, the park offers plenty of entertainment for the entire family, with amazing attractions like the Orca and Whale Shark exhibits. The size of the park means there’s always something new to see and do. 4. Overall Experience We had an amazing time at both the hotel and the park. The combination of the family-friendly hotel amenities and the diverse attractions at Ocean Kingdom made this trip memorable for all of us. We are definitely planning a second visit!
