1)洗手間沐浴浴缸欠缺私隱度，晚上沐浴，雖然已放下窗簾，還是看到對面大廈的樓層和燈光，感覺很不安穩
2）房間電話是壞的，要用洗手間的電話才可用
3）如果用五星級酒店去評價他的風筒，真的麻麻，如果這個風筒放在三星級酒店還可以，這風筒聲音很嘈，但風力就一般般，現在的風筒那麼便宜，沒想過還會放在五星級酒店
4）枕頭覺得不舒服高度不合適，不過每人感覺不同。
八百多元的一晚的酒店，感覺真的很一般。下次不會再選。

陪小朋友參加大型比賽，自己先提前入住2晚，環境非常棒！衞生非常好，超級乾淨！服務人員總體態度都很友好！超市買東西，簡單吃點都不遠，離九州港碼頭幾百米路。個人感覺主樓也不錯，但星海樓大堂、房間更新、更大、更舒服！

酒店房間很大，訂了3間大床房間，給予的房型都不一樣，走廊最尾的房間設計有點奇怪。而冷氣十分充足，水壓也不錯，朋友也說不錯的選擇。
