We had an amazing mid autumn 2025 vacation at this hotel. We would like to thank to the whole staff for their hospitality and devotional services. Especially Ben, with his incredible hospitality management skills moved our experience to another level. Ben upgraded our room, sent a wonderful birthday cake for my husband’s birthday and helped us with other countless requests. We strongly believe that Ben and the rest of the hotel staff should be rewarded for providing an excellent level of service quality. Even during the busiest period of the year they managed to keep the service level at the highest. Other than that, the room was spotless, the bed was large and comfortable, the river view was amazing and the location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a nice mall right next to the hotel and the new neighboring bbq restaurant is also very nice. Overall we had an amazing experience and would like to thank everyone for their hospitality and kindness. We hope to come back soon. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I celebrated my birthday here in this lovely hotel. I’m so thrilled to receive a big & delicious complimentary birthday cake. The river view is excellent. The location is especially convenient. There’s local shopping mall just next door. There’s also a big shopping mall & monorail station 7-min walking distance away. The concierge service is warm & welcoming. Ken is very hospitable & knowledgeable. I’ll surely return to Hampton next time when I visit Zhuhai again. Highly recommended ❤️

Front staff are super friendly especially Ben, Ken and Momo. They are very supportive and helpful.
Love the breakfast. Good location. Room service and bed are also superb.. Will recommend this place to friends and will come back and stay here again in the future.

Satisfactory for the customer service from the hotel , while I found I was not comfortable with the room they arranged, then they were able to rearrange the other room on the same floor upon my request.Appreciated
Have learned from the previous reviews there 'a shopping mall besides but infact the mall are bit behind expectation.
