主要就是來海洋樂園玩圖個方便，因為帶了不到1歲的寶寶。
海洋區離入口會近一些。
家庭房配置了一些小童用品，也可以配嬰兒床。其他的硬件就很普通了，不是五星級的標準。
送的早餐，種類豐富，味道尚可，但不是高級餐廳的用材。

珠海長隆的海洋動物真的是非常棒的，但企鵝酒店我真的是不喜歡，一進屋就感覺潮潮的，褥子和被子都濕漉漉的，空調開小了悶的不行，開大了就感覺被子又冰又潮，7月的高温天我睡了一晚上直接感冒了，太影響出遊的心情了，酒店的自助早餐也是不咋樣，就玉米紅薯包子雞蛋稀飯，沒有一個好吃的，唉！差評

帶小朋友入住珠海長隆企鵝酒店的體驗很棒！隨處可見的可愛企鵝元素讓小朋友開心得手舞足蹈，家庭房寬敞舒適，小童專屬洗漱用品、小浴袍和防撞床圍等細節，盡顯對親子家庭的用心。
管家小康服務貼心，入住時主動添加微信、熱情引導，住店期間也積極解決問題。帝企鵝自助餐廳是大亮點，新鮮的三文魚刺身和現烤羊排很美味，還能邊用餐邊看企鵝游泳，孩子們捨不得離開。
酒店有直達海洋王國的專屬通道，十分方便，退房時管家還送了小禮物。這樣無微不至的服務讓全家很感動，已決定明年再來！

工作人員熱情親切，效率超高。大堂明亮大氣，企鵝雕像很漂亮，等候區沙發舒適可愛，WiFi都很流暢，還有去飛船樂園有專門的接駁車，班次很多方便出行。去海洋王國也有便捷通道，十分方便。從酒店大堂到房間，隨處可見企鵝元素的裝飾，充滿童趣。酒店住的舒適，設施完備，客房人員送東西快，還主動和我們打招呼，衣櫃空間大還有地方放行李，房間還配備保險箱保護私隱。小芹下午有打電話過來回訪，耐心傾聽我的入住感受，我提出的疑問及時解答。
