企鵝酒店停車非常方便，入住也很快，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間也比較舒適，小朋友可喜歡了，滿意。
海洋王國裏面的鯨鯊和小企鵝真可愛，小朋友玩累了走幾步就可以回到酒店休息，休息完再戰…
值得誇的是酒店裡還有小推車租賃，這個要點個大讚，非常奈斯！
回訪的小姐姐欣如非常的熱情！

第一次去珠海長隆海洋王國，預訂的兩天一夜包海洋王國門票的套餐，酒店房間空間還可以，挺乾淨的。自助晚餐人會較多，如果想一邊看企鵝一邊吃，就要早點去了，菜式品類挺多，就是分了幾個區，得多走走了，味道算平均水平吧。自助早餐感覺更好點。總隊體驗還是不錯的，勝在海洋王國就在酒店旁邊，真的很方便。因為週末人真的好多最值得的是訂了煙花景觀房，玩了一天太累了，可以在酒店房間全景看煙花，太滿足了。電話回訪的小姐姐綺夢也好温柔。

設施：還是挺不錯的，但是吃的可能有點一般了，不是為了海洋王國，應該不會住這裏的。下次得再嘗試其他酒店，感覺怎麼樣。

和老公來玩，酒店設施造型配色都非常可愛，大堂客服主動給我們免費從極地房升級到温帶房，從二層升級到八層，視野更開闊啦，而且兩點二十去辦手續就可以進房間提前休息了。自助餐廳能看到許多小企鵝，活潑可愛的，早晚餐品類豐富，味道可口，作為蝦🦐愛好者，我們倆都特別喜歡這裏的虎蝦，檸檬蝦，白灼蝦，個頭大，味道鮮，還Q彈。大堂客服包括所有工作人員都非常熱情有禮貌，客人有需要可以去找客服要礦泉水。酒店裡的商店有的商品搞活動，比樂園裡便宜很多。地下一層還有沐足中心，實在走不動了，我們夜裡去捏腳腳，非常舒服。整體感覺很方便很貼心～有機會還會來的。

珠海長隆企鵝酒店真的不錯！房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生條件也很好。前台服務員綺夢特別熱情周到，還主動提供了很多園區旅遊的攻略訊息。早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒。雖然酒店附近沒有地鐵站和公交站，但打車很方便。總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意！
