體驗極差，2k一晚的酒店把我當韭菜割，避雷避雷
1、酒店停車場上房間路上有段路堆滿裝修材料，都是刺鼻的裝修味，設施設備沒完善別開業啊，把我們當人肉除醛機？
2、女友説早餐難吃得想報警，早晨吃了三個腸粉燒賣還有青菜。。。也就青菜能下口，反正都是預製菜了，要不買點質量好點的？
3、2k的山景房，陽台看出去就看到一個矮土坡草坪，全憑想象[捂臉]
4、停車場標識牌導視都沒做好，下面工作人員還亂指路。。。。我在酒店停車場在工作人員引導下繞到負二層（有點記不清了）沒裝修毛坯的區域，最後繞10來分鐘才從石溪路出來
5、5點多辦入住，兩個前台，兩批客户，就一個小姑娘在接待，別的在旁邊看着直接不管，1k以下的酒店我就不在意這個了，但你們是2k一晚的啊。
總結：服務沒到位，景觀不值，餐飲想吐，500一晚的酒店水準，避雷避雷

超滿意的體驗，服務、餐飲和環境都非常棒。尤其感謝小呂vera的熱情接待，提前幫忙準備好了床圍和寶寶用品，預訂了簡餐和晚餐訂座。孩子在小獅子樂園和泳池都玩得十分開心，還體驗了剪紙。以後有機會還會再去。

這次入住，彷彿入住了一個精緻的嶺南園林，入住在了正式開業的前兩天，個人覺得，單憑酒店的設計，在廣東的金鑽酒店裡應該是無出其右的，每一個轉角，每一處細小的地方，都體現了設計者的用心，真正做到了是一步一景。硬件設施也不用説了，也是金鑽酒店應有水準。服務水準也是一流水平。有一點小瑕疵：酒店停車場指示牌有點模糊，沒有那麼好找。期待下次入住！

The stay experience at this newly opened Lingnan Garden-style hotel is good. The service is proactive and enthusiastic. Angie, the guest experience expert, took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities from the moment you check in and was very attentive to the children. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a mini bar. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, and the response to any needs is fast. I will choose this hotel again if I have the chance.
