入住這家酒店太驚喜了！尤其要誇誇賓客關係的 sasa，從入住時微笑辦理手續、晚上不忘提醒最近的蚊蟲比較多關好門窗，細節處滿是貼心。離店時還特意提醒我帶好充電器，熱情又專業，讓我真切感受到賓至如歸，下次一定再來😊

這次入住，彷彿入住了一個精緻的嶺南園林，入住在了正式開業的前兩天，個人覺得，單憑酒店的設計，在廣東的金鑽酒店裡應該是無出其右的，每一個轉角，每一處細小的地方，都體現了設計者的用心，真正做到了是一步一景。硬件設施也不用説了，也是金鑽酒店應有水準。服務水準也是一流水平。有一點小瑕疵：酒店停車場指示牌有點模糊，沒有那麼好找。期待下次入住！

This stay was beyond expectations. I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel's guest relations team, especially Sasa and Xiaolu. Their service made our entire trip incredibly heartwarming. On our departure day, Xiaolu arranged for breakfast to be packed in a beautifully decorated box, thoughtfully provided with wet wipes and tissues, and reminded us to be safe on the way. Upon check-out, Sasa even came to say goodbye and ask about our stay. Her genuine attitude felt more like the care of a long-time friend than a formality. I've stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I encountered such attentive service. Sasa's warmth and attentiveness, along with Xiaolu's meticulous care, truly made us feel at home. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time, and I'm especially grateful to these two lovely women for making our trip so much more wonderful!

The hotel has an elegant environment, thoughtful service, clean and comfortable rooms, and great attention to detail. It was a very pleasant stay. The travel photography was also very professional. I will come again next time!
