價格不菲，體驗極差！位置誤導、按金強扣、權益縮水，絕不推薦！
以近300元的價格入住這家酒店，本期待相應的品質，結果卻遭遇了極差的體驗，細節如下：
1. 位置宣傳嚴重誤導：
平台宣傳圖清晰顯示酒店位於大廈一樓，且有醒目大招牌，極易找到。
實際到店發現： 所謂“一樓大招牌”位置是其他酒店！本酒店實際位於該大廈的第六層，入口隱蔽且招牌極小，要打電話問前台才知道從哪裡進。酒店刻意用他人招牌圖片做宣傳，對位置訊息避重就輕，屬於明顯的誤導消費者行為，直接導致入住前尋找困難。
2. 寵物按金扣除理由牽強，金額離譜：
作為常客，住過眾多寵物友好酒店，此家服務態度差到離譜。退房後下午4點才聯繫，聲稱我家的貓咪抓壞了床尾凳要求扣200元按金。
酒店扣款邏輯站不住腳：
責任認定武斷： 僅以“衹有你們是貓，之前都是狗，且每天查房”為由斷定是我方責任。這完全不能排除是入住前就存在的舊傷（我們入住時酒店並未與我們共同檢查確認凳子的原始狀態，這裏建議所有人入住的時候拍視頻）
賠償金額離譜： 酒店聲稱凳子“很貴”、“影響入住”、“看着不嚴重但實際已達報廢狀態”。但實際損壞僅為3處勾絲（見圖，凳子本身也並非嶄新且不乾淨）。試問，幾處勾絲如何能導致一個凳子報廢？又憑什麼認定修復或折舊賠償值200元？所謂“上千元凳子不讓賠全款”更像坐地起價的藉口，而非合理索賠。
處理過程違規： 面對爭議，我方態度良好，提出可協商或由12345官方認定責任與合理賠償金額。然而，酒店拒絕提供營業執照訊息（頁面沒有，索要也不給），試圖規避監管，行為令人不齒。最終是攜程平台積極介入並退還了按金（這點必須肯定攜程效率），酒店的處理方式毫無誠意和專業性可言。
3. 承諾的會員權益出爾反爾：
預訂時平台明確顯示黃金會員權益包含“下午2點退房”。週五入住時我已提前與客服確認，得到肯定答覆（“好的”）。週日退房當日卻被告知：週日無此權益，除非“給好評”才能延遲！ 這不僅違背了預訂時的明確承諾，更將本應享有的權益與“好評”掛鈎，手段低劣，嚴重敗好感。
總結：
這家酒店在核心體驗上問題重重：宣傳不實誤導消費者、對寵物客羣服務差且按金扣除霸道無理、會員權益承諾不兑現甚至以權益換好評。 以近300元的價格，換來的卻是欺騙感、糟心體驗和極差的服務態度。強烈建議謹慎選擇，本人絕不會再入住，也絕不推薦給任何人！
