體驗極差。衞生間門無法上鎖，第一天有蒼蠅，第二天有蟑螂。隔音非常差，樓道聲音清晰可聞。
退房當天延遲一小時收40元，原本説好櫃枱付款，結果不斷收到微信要求轉賬。我不熟悉操作，詢問後卻遭到嘲諷：“微信轉也不會？我也是醉了。”
付款失敗後我提議用付款寶，對方卻説“怎麼不早説”，態度非常不專業。
不推薦此酒店，尤其不適合國際旅客。

訂購房間的圖片與現場是兩回事，3+3房間不是在同一個房間內的，是分開了獨立兩間房間，只不過是並排連着，房內亦不是打通的，每房3張雙人床，與我預想的完全不一樣，所幸是24小時前台員工服務週到才不致令住宿期間有所不滿。

衛生方面：好企理，枱面冇塵幾好，睇到真係有清潔，不過地下窗簾就有污漬，明白清潔唔到，建議可換深色布簾取替
位置方面：因為係香港直接call車到酒店，亦沒有用交通工具，所以對我黎講冇影響。酒店樓下已經有好幾間餐廳，試咗3間（串燒，中式飯店，潮式）水準都唔差，因為有長者，又撞咗打10號風球之前去，所以原先plan好去遠d食都冇去到。不過夜晚有車仔檔，幾熱鬧，食野好方便。
服務方面：2點入住，但最後約3點先安排到房俾我入住，不過服務好，態度亦好好。
設施：燈入去一開已壞，打掃房間時應該已知道但沒有主動換，要我落去要求才找人跟進。熱水爐沖沖下涼d水唔熱，因為唔係即熱式爐，佢係儲熱式爐，以為要等一陣先熱，但都係唔著唔熱，揾人上黎睇，最終係黎咗3次先揾到原因及維修到，前後都搞咗起碼一小時，態度係積極嘅，不過好彩打風前席去，我有老人家出入唔方便，所以冇周圍去，否則就會影響行程喇。

今次房間比上一次住的細好多，上層二房，一間就肯逼傑，另一間天花太矮頂頭，然後床頭有冇插頭，可給充電看電話，有點不方便。。。。。。。。其餘設施都尚可囉

酒店衛生程度比較差，梳化有污跡，廁所有曱甴，房間有異味，後來找職員取空氣清新噴霧，才能去除異味。位置就可以，樓下有傳銷店，對面也有一些小食店。
