避雷！避雷！酒店衞生太差了，無論是前台還是走廊，都是臟臟的。服務也很差，晚上點了外賣，等了半個小時，機器人都沒有送到樓上。期間給前台打電話三次詢問，並表達可以自己下樓去取。每次前台都説已經在送了。半小時後，自己下樓，發現外賣就在前台。想不明白，前台為什麼要説謊！太讓人失望了！

前一天晚上就是入住的這邊，感覺小姐姐態度也很好，房間也説給升級了一下，覺得還挺好的，進了房間裏去看了下確實感覺不錯，房間也挺大的，就是後面發現床鋪上有些污漬，聯繫了前台小姐姐，小姐姐讓客房來看了一下，給換了一套，覺得也可以接受，當時就有講過住的不錯還要續住的，當時不是很確定，晚上忙完回來十一點多了又訂了他家酒店，就打電話問她昨天住的那個房間還在不在，續住了，問可不可以換個大床房，説不可以，那我就問定哪個是可以那個髮型的，小姐姐就説讓我定普通大床房然後幫我升級我説可以，她説前台可以掃他們二維碼領優惠訂房，我就把訂單退掉了，掃他們二維碼訂的房間，後面來辦理入住已經一點多了，是另外一個小姐姐辦的，很不愉快我衹能説，説話沖沖的，也很沒耐心什麼的，當時感覺很不愉快，後面是直接去房間了，進去一看比前一天住的房間小很多起碼小一倍，而且窗户還是半窗，進去感覺有味道，但覺得就睡幾個小時就退房了也無所謂的，後面最生氣的是去浴室洗澡，沒有腳墊，洗完出來直接摔了，緩了好久才緩過來，給前台打去電話問怎麼這個房間沒有腳墊直接導致摔了一跤，前台也沒有詢問過有沒有導致受傷，就説上來看一下給拿一個過來，後面送來了一個浴巾，説沒有腳墊了，真的很無語，問有沒有一次性馬桶墊，也説沒有了，真的無力吐槽，成功避雷了！
