Overall, it's great, and the hotel staff are enthusiastic. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the Spaceship Theme Park, and the toiletries in the room were complete, neat, and clean. The hotel's transportation is convenient, and taxis are readily available. The shuttle between the park and the hotel runs frequently, and the drivers are friendly. We had a great time in the park, with clear service directions everywhere, allowing us to enjoy the whole trip without worries. The concierge was helpful with luggage storage. The hotel has plenty of free parking. The package deal was very cost-effective, and the room was cozy and comfortable with excellent facilities, including good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. On evenings without rain, there's even a bonfire party for kids, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Parking at the hotel is free, with ample spaces. The lobby is designed with strong ocean themes, featuring a large dolphin sculpture perfect for photo ops. The room also provides complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and a multi-functional charging cable, which are very convenient to use. Both check-in and luggage storage were fast. Buying the package also allowed early entry to the park an hour ahead of time, helping us avoid peak crowds and long queues.
