It was already dark and raining heavily when we arrived that day. We took a taxi to the hotel. As there was a tile shelter in front of the hotel gate and the space was relatively shallow, we had to open an umbrella when getting off the car with our luggage, which was quite awkward. The automatic door opened outwards and then automatically opened inwards. We saw the front desk staff standing at the service desk and did not come forward to help. As we booked two nights separately and requested the same room, one of the room cards had not been updated. The staff indicated that we could go to the front desk to collect it later. Fortunately, the staff took care of the room card and brought it to the room, otherwise the thoughtfulness would have been discounted. Also, since it was not a long holiday, there was no buffet breakfast as before, only Chinese and Western options, but I was satisfied with both. The waiter was polite and considerate, and also said that although it was changed to a set meal, the style would be different.

Environment: The hotel is strategically located close to Xiangwan and Fenghuang North business districts, with convenient transportation. There are affordable and expensive massage and foot massage services within 400 square meters downstairs, and food is available all day. Service: The staff was friendly but unprofessional. The previous customer checked out late, so there was no room available. This should not have been a problem for the customer (check-in time was after 3pm). In the end, although the room was successfully picked up despite a slight delay, the problem had already occurred and it affected the customer's mood and time wasted. Facilities: Drinking water is available in the lobby. Other customers were smoking from the lobby to the elevator but no one dealt with them. The room is spacious and bright, with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It looks clean at first glance, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, but the entire floor, windows and walls are covered in dust. The window part is not even finished yet, with a gap large enough for a can of Coke (it would probably rain on a rainy day). There are also many leftover decoration materials on the tracks that have not been cleaned up. The noise from the street outside is very noisy in the rooms on the 3rd floor.
