As a person who travels frequently, this hotel is very cost-effective nearby. The room facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable, the traffic is the bus stop, there is also its own parking lot 🅿️ The surrounding shopping malls are convenient for shopping, and there are many places to eat downstairs. The front desk service of the hotel is super good and very good. The first day I lived very well, the next day I stayed decisively, and I will choose this hotel in Zhuhai in the future. Most people will choose this hotel every time they come to Jing'an for tourism or business trip. It has been open for many years and still maintains clean and sanitary standards. The beds in the room are also very tidy and the necessities are complete. If you have any questions, please call the front desk. The front desk basically answered the call in seconds and was very patient in helping me solve the problem. There is also a convenience store open all night next to it which is very good and it is relatively close to the stadium.

A short night's stay to relieve a body of fatigue! It is worth mentioning that the sanitary conditions in the room are really satisfactory. As a Virgo, I rarely stay in a hotel here but sleep very well. There is no miscellaneous and no smell in the room. The cleanliness of the bedding makes me feel that if every hotel can reach such an environment, it would be great! What is more to mention is that the service attitude of the room sister is too intimate. The prepared toiletries are neatly arranged. Even the slippers are put in a model. It is simply a family member. This kind of service attitude is indispensable for the impact of corporate culture. It is even more personal mentality. Like the eldest sister! Next time I pass by here, I will choose to come here to rest, I highly recommend choosing here.

A very warm escort from especially from Winnie & Jane, who upgraded my room to a fabulous seaview room and offered us complimentary breakfast that got a wide range of food for having such a fruitful breakfast in the morning. I feel very satisfactory for all the arrangements.

KKISHORE KUMARHotel staff very helpful, English speaking staff only 1 or 2 , Mostly I use the Google Translate.who is vegetarian better find a way for your food other wise not a good option any of Chimelong hotel.they don’t have any vegetarian food in the ocean kingdom or the spaceship park .
In hotel you can have a good breakfast which we enjoyed a lot but for kids have to pay 98RMB (for 9 years old and 150 cm tall .
Other than the food we enjoyed a lot .

XXander WangVery convenient yet quiet location within Zhuhai, a short taxi/bike ride to the Gongbei border crossing to Macau. The views and proximity to Xiawan Night Market, Riverside promenade, Beishan District were great pluses. The bed was comfortable and the hotel has a trendy design.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I made a last-minute booking on the same day as our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted our request without any hassle. Upon entering our beautifully appointed room, we were delighted to find a complimentary cake for my son, complete with colorful balloons to celebrate his special day. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable!
The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including beach robes, spa robes, beach slippers, and room slippers, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which, while a bit on the pricey side, was absolutely worth it! The variety of seafood and other dishes was impressive, and the beautiful view while dining made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, offering a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes.
An added bonus was the beach located right next to the hotel, which had a kids' play area and swings. It was the perfect spot for my son to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors.
While the hotel is a bit removed from the city center, it only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get there. We also ventured to a nearby bar area, just a short 15-minute ride away, where we enjoyed shisha and the beautiful night views.
Overall, our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and best hotel for kids ✨

GGuest UserThe room had a bit of a musky smell, it was only when we checked out that we realized a rotting dragonfruit had been left in one of the cupboards. Air conditioner was also less than stellar, when the it’s 35c outside and the room could barely keep it at 27c, I would’ve liked an AC that works properly. The view was ok, it was technically ocean view, but was mainly obstructed by older buildings (see pic attached) We didn’t spend too much time in the room, so from a location perspective it was good. But I would not call this a 5 star hotel. More can be done to make the accommodations more tourist friendly, have at least one person on staff that could be available to answer questions in English…etc

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms.
They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions.
Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean.
Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient.
Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road.
No fault of the hotel.
Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau.
Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here.
No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk.
10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food.
We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection.
Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day.
Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
