The air conditioner in the family room doesn't work. When I got in, they pushed me a membership card for 99. The key point is that the price is much lower than Ctrip. I didn't get an upgrade when I changed the room. I was downgraded and they said I would get a 20 refund based on the market price. The key point is that the air conditioner in the new room is not very good. It's the same whether I adjust the temperature or not. In this weather, the air conditioner doesn't work.
