每年都會來絲綢之路2次，因為家人真的很喜歡這裏的度假感覺以及温泉～
這次中秋小長假早早訂好了+先生過生日，誰知道碰到了颱風。酒店賓客關係的工作人員諸葛智歡小姐姐提前一天聯繫了我們，確認颱風行程是否有變化，在確定出行後的當天早上因為舟山抗台管控，把原先定的海天台封了，第一時間聯繫我們換到了絲綢之路江南庭院（這要比原先定的價格高很多）…到達酒店後，颱風升級，看到了酒店嚴謹的工作態度一直有工作人員檢查巡視抗台，作為住客而言是很安心的！諸葛小姐姐也一直在跟蹤情況，幫我預訂了續住計劃，在續訂當天又看到了我先生當天是生日，意外驚喜送了蛋糕…
第一次在舟山度過四天三晚，還是不去普陀山的情況下，家人孩子都玩的很開心，完美的避開了上海的颱風！雖然這次沒能泡到幾天温泉，但是孩子游泳遊得很爽！
感謝酒店工作人員合理温馨專業的服務，也看到他們對應急情況發生的一系列專業的措施！
有機會下半年11月還會來泡温泉

體驗很好啊，很可惜我們是颱風來的，導致這個沙灘沒有去上海景房，因為考慮到安全問題，也沒有住上，不過酒店的整體環境和服務還是不錯的

雙人海水温湯:環境十分不錯，拍照打卡聖地，特別表揚單喜梅大姐，熱情周到，細心服務，拍照技術也是一流，還有王林經理

首先，一定確定好了再訂！因為，定完不給退，誰説也不好使，就是退不了！
先説優點吧，酒店有泳池 温泉 沙灘，應該入住就可以免費享用的。酒店住宿大部分都在海天台，吃飯需要坐接泊車去絲綢之路，兩分鐘就到。絲綢之路有少許住宿，庭院類的，外面很漂亮，不知道房間怎麼樣，比海天台價格貴一些。
再説缺點，房間衞生太差！太差！房間地毯全是污漬，踩一腳全是小碎渣渣，衞生間洗手盆的邊邊……看一眼差點兒吐了。我們升級了貝殼裙親子房，空間挺大，但是其他園景 海景雙床房，空間都不大。如果這些都可以不計較，衹想玩兒水泡温泉，推薦住兩天。
