進房間時前面客人的毛巾，泳衣，估計是不要的，都扔在淋浴房裡，服務員來打掃時不尋找自身原因，推脱説前台催得太急了，客人又多，五星酒店竟然服務如此差。更令人不可思議的是，酷暑天，走進酒店大堂，感覺沒比外面涼快多少，悶熱的很，空調開跟沒開差不多，連續訂了兩晚，入住感覺極不滿意，但是酒店環境很好，離東沙海灘又近，硬件設施和管理都需進一步提高

房間較大，整潔衞生，正對大海非常漂亮，前台客服人員cara非常熱情，可以很好的滿足客户的需求，總體不錯，值得再來

酒店設施維護的不錯的，位置去沙灘很方便，工作人員Emily 非常負責，人美心善😊

房間比較老 廁所黴垢比較多 洗漱鏡後面都是灰 酒店整體環境還行 但是衝著五星酒店服務的還是別來了 基本無服務 打電話要啥都沒有 每次都是一個小姑娘接的 要插線板也沒有 要延遲退房也沒有 也沒有那種想幫忙解決的意思 相比其他酒店服務質量真的差很多 體驗感很差 延遲退房説有團體進店 但實際我們下午在酒店停留的時候也沒有看到大批人員入住 感覺就是服務擺爛懶得幹
