首先環境，酒店這個月才開，在前台辦理入住的時候，問了美女，她説是吸過甲醛的，走廊裏很重的甲醛味，入住40分鐘空調沒有熱起來，兩次打前台電話叫人來看看，過了半天才進來。未主動提供空氣凈化器，酒店本來就是新開，是我要的我是連住2天，未主動問詢需要做衞生，或更換垃圾袋前台半夜12點打電話問我空氣凈化器還需要嗎，其他客人也要？？？不冒昧嗎，不會再來
