This newly opened B&B was a pleasant surprise. There's a cafe in the lobby. The owner was very nice, offering me a cup of coffee and giving me a tour. I ultimately chose a projection room, which was a great experience. The mattress was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. It's also close to Sun Yat-sen University, a variety of restaurants and bistros, and the Vientiane Plaza and Daxin are all within walking distance. I'll be back next time.

Everything in the room is very new and there is no smell (no smell of smoke, which is very important, especially for people who are sensitive to trachea or non-smokers, they will know if they have a smell). The security guard was a local in Zhongshan and was hospitable. I twice wanted to give a tip and refused. I said that it was his job responsibility and did not charge a tip. Plant and tree planting in the garden are done with care, each small pavilion can see the Zhanyuan across the river by the railing, there are also small terraces like tree houses.
