Even after a month, I'm still incredibly touched by the experience. An unexpected turn of events has made this my second home ever since. Having just arrived in an unfamiliar city, that night I stumbled into the hotel lobby, reeking of alcohol after a work dinner. Just as I was about to collapse, a kind front desk attendant quickly caught me, guided me to the front desk, and made me a cup of honey water. After I finished it, he helped me back to my room, laid me down, took off my shoes, and tucked me into bed. He kept reassuring me that the phone was right next to me and I could call the front desk anytime if I needed anything. I was still somewhat coherent then. A little while later, he came up to check on me again, and that's when I finally drifted off to sleep. Later that night, I suddenly felt incredibly nauseous. After throwing up in the restroom, I felt utterly miserable and completely drained of energy. That's when I called the front desk. The next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital. Two hotel staff members had rushed there in the early morning hours and stayed by my side. When I woke up again in the morning, a different staff member was looking after me in the ward, and they even brought me hot porridge from the hotel. I'm truly grateful for their support; they stayed with me all the way until I was discharged from the hospital. From now on, Atour will always be my first choice for any business trip. I eagerly await my next stay!

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The owner and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, providing excellent service and always ready to assist with any request. The room was spotlessly clean; not a speck of dust even in the corners, which made my stay very reassuring. Any questions I had were answered instantly via message – no waiting around, which was incredibly convenient. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from air conditioning and hot water to toiletries, making it as comfortable as home. It was spacious, bright, and overall, a very pleasant environment, clean and tidy. What touched me most was their willingness to help with things beyond their official duties, like recommending numerous attractions. Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street, Zhongshan Museum of Art, the Ferris wheel, and Zhongshan Museum are all nearby and very close. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
