Excellent stay and fantastic location for doing business in Guzhen. Conveniently attached to a shopping mall and cafe downstairs, also with many great restaurant options nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is so comfortable. The design aesthetic of the room is calm and peaceful (just what you need to come home to). There’s also a laundry room complete with ironing board and steamer.. we stayed in the panoramic room which was pretty amazing as you’re in one of the tallest buildings in this area. The breakfast was done well and had many options. I would highly recommend staying here.

Reception was very prompt and friendly. Assisted all our queries and request without hesitation. Room are clean and tidy. Breakfast was one of the best in Guzhen with the wide selection and variety of food choice. Definitely my 1st choice for stay in Guzhen/Zhongshan.

This hotel in Guzhen is good one! It's clean, the staff is friendly, and it's close to the lightning center. The view is also nice. The light switches, curtains, and music controls are all really easy to use. It's good that I've stayed there twice already, even though I've tried other hotels.

They would replace them for you every day. This detail is very good. If nothing unexpected happens, I will stay here every time I come here for business trip.

The location is more than 2 kilometers away from the ancient town. There are many industrial shops nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to more places to eat. The hotel does not have many facilities. The massage and buffet that were supposed to be there are now gone. The breakfast is also simple, with only 4-5 types of porridge and whole grain noodles. It was clean and hygienic, but the toilet in my room became clogged after normal use. The hotel wanted to deduct my 100 deposit after I checked out, but I reported the blockage immediately and asked if the deposit would be deducted because of this problem when I checked out. The front desk replied that no, because I just used it normally. I checked out at around 10am, but found that my money had not been refunded until 7pm. After some inquiry, it was returned. But the funniest thing was that the receptionist at night told me not to drop tissue into the toilet. I said I didn’t drop tissue, I just used toilet paper for brushing my butt. Shouldn’t I drop toilet paper stained with feces into the trash can instead of the toilet, making the room stink?
