Hotels in Dengdu Old Town, Zhongshan

During my recent business trip to Zhongshan, I stayed at the Elong Me Hotel. The hotel’s prime location near the Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center was highly convenient for my meetings. The room was spacious with a pleasant garden view, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a busy day. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was subpar, which hindered my work. Additionally, the staff’s limited English proficiency made communication challenging at times. Despite these drawbacks, the affordable rates and proximity to key business areas make it a viable option for short business stays.

A fantastic hotel discovery on my Zhongshan trip! **Facilities:** Rooms come equipped with bathtubs, truly 5-star standard. I especially loved the high-floor gym and pool. **Service:** The service was absolutely superb, particularly from Nyalil and Lena. After a seamless check-in, they noticed we had a child and promptly delivered baby amenities. So thoughtful! **Environment:** I absolutely loved this high-rise hotel. The views from the room, gym, and pool are unparalleled. Highly recommend! The only minor inconvenience is that if you wish to dine outside the hotel, you'll need to drive to the city center. However, overall, it was an excellent stay.

**Review of Oriental Fenghuang Hotel** I recently stayed at the Oriental Fenghuang Hotel located in Zhongshan Dengdu Ancient Town Huayi Square. Overall, the room was decent and met basic expectations in terms of space and amenities. However, I noticed that the floor was not clean, which was disappointing. A clean environment is essential for a comfortable stay, and this aspect could definitely be improved. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, especially for those looking to explore the ancient town. The staff were polite and helpful, which added a positive touch to the experience. In summary, while the room was generally acceptable, the cleanliness of the floor needs attention. With a bit more focus on maintenance and hygiene, this hotel could offer a much better experience for its guests

Good hotel with great location especially for Muslim people where you can find lany Arab restaurants nearby , people are friendly and helpful. However the breakfast needs to be more varied for international travellers.

My trip's sole purpose was to find manufacturers in Zhongshan. I searched high and low, only to realize the solution was right back at the hotel – what a pleasant surprise! I'd initially sourced a few factories via 1688.com. After arriving in Zhongshan from Guangzhou that morning, my factory visits revealed they were all small workshops. After a frustrating half-day with no suitable options, I decided to check into a hotel. To my amazement, my room was stocked with various manufacturers' catalogs. Their scale and capabilities immediately looked impressive. I promptly called the listed manufacturers, completed the full factory inspection process, and successfully secured a highly satisfactory supplier. A solid five-star review, absolutely!

The hotel entrance was also clean, and the restaurant on the 10th floor had a large and clean hall. The food was clean and delicious. It was a restaurant with good value for money. The hotel's hallways were clean and quiet. The rooms were also large and clean. The staff were always smiling and friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding environment looks very comfortable, the breakfast is very rich, and the front desk service is very good

Hotel all good! But had really bad experience with Trip.com itself. It has been almost 48hrs and my issue still not solved

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the lighting market, within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside is the hotel entrance. It's quite inconvenient to get in and out with luggage due to the haphazardly parked cars and motorcycles. Taxis also have trouble stopping, which is really annoying. I hope they can improve this.
